As an accommodation facility, I feel that it is very problematic to assign a smoking room to a customer who selected a non-smoking room. This not only directly affects the health and comfort of the customer, but also affects their sense of trust. I strongly hope that such mistakes will be improved in the future. Overall, even if we take into account that it is an old facility, the non-smoking policy was insufficient, so it may be difficult to use it again. "I used this hotel when going to Ashikaga Flower Park. The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. I appreciated that there was a microwave on the same floor. Breakfast was good. I had rice with delicious local ingredients and the croissants were also tasty, and I was very satisfied.
