"The hotel itself was average, but the overall experience was ruined by the poor customer service. First of all, the location is quite far from the city center, making it inconvenient to get around. While the rooms and other facilities were okay, the staff at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. The receptionist had a very unwelcoming attitude and was not helpful at all. A good hotel needs good hospitality, and unfortunately, this place lacks it completely. I would not recommend staying here."

"A truly worthy hotel with breathtaking views from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were responsive. Minor remarks: 1. The air conditioning in the room was old and couldn't lower the temperature below 23.4 degrees, rattling like a revving truck. It was unpleasant at night, but saved by the fact that Sapa generally doesn't have a scorching climate, so it was manageable. 2. The bidet shower was leaking. I'd like to specifically highlight the very decent spa, even though the prices are a bit steep. The hot stone massage by local therapists was excellent; my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel restaurant is also very pleasant. Again, prices are a bit high, but the portions are generous and tasty, and breakfast is very good in terms of both variety and quality. The hotel is located a bit off the main town, and although it's only a 5-minute walk to nice dining spots, there's a slight lack of regular grocery stores nearby. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel, especially in the context of Sapa – watching the mountains and sunset from the balcony of this hotel is simply magnificent."

"Very nice ambience. Traditional Spa feel. Beautiful and calming scenery. Nice clean rooms although can be larger. Gives a different feel. Not the modern hotel type that is being build around it, that can commonly be found. Staff is nice especially the restaurant staff and the manager there. Front desk gentlemen were all helpful. A location for the young and active. Elders can find the stone steps a chore to climb."

"its my 2nd time but this will be my last if you can avoid this hotel please do .if you think its cheap and you save money youre wrong.the minute you step in and talk to the front desk they will ask you immediately if you want to upgrade,they will tell you all the things will convince you.1.No heater 2.the linen are thin 3.the view is not good and its on the lower floor.Then if you are early arrive on the hotel they will ask you again if you want to early check in which is you need to pay extra again.They know you are tired from 6hrs travel they will take advantage of it.I pay for both and of-course i ask if they can lower the price and they agree.Im expecting since i arrive early and pay for early check in and they also mentioned i can avail the breakfast but after i pay they told me that what i pay is not included for what i pay.they told me after they swipe my card.then they put ask me to choose the room it different from my previous room.i got the room with the mold and the smell is so bad that i cant breathe so i ask them later that night if i can go to the vacant room in the third floor where i stay before i was more disappointed when they told me i need to pay again if i want to transfer in the third floor.in the end i was transfer in the upper room with lot of stairs.and the the day im checking out im on the resto from 6am to 6:30am there is no breakfast they did even offer me coffee i arrive and left this hotel without eating breakfast.one thing more if you want to get breakfast be early cause they will not refill the food in the so called buffet .PLEASE IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS HOTEL PLEASE DO."
