"Had a great stay at Huis Ten Borsch. The hotel has an old world charm in hotel grand dining hall and spacious gardens. The hotel is location within a picturesque 5- 10 minutes walk to nearby train station which allows you to visit nearby areas like Nagasaki or Arita. Breakfast was great with a good spread. Family mart is located within the hotel too! We had an enjoyable stay!"

"The substandard services provided were wholly unacceptable. Upon arrival, the bathroom drainage system was malfunctioning, requiring relocation to utilize another room's shower facilities. Housekeeping was infrequent, with only one bed-making service provided during our five-day stay. The advertised laundry service was unavailable, causing significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the sofa was damaged, the beds were excessively firm, and the pillows were inadequate. In summary, I cannot recommend this establishment."

"We paid more for a newer room and indeed it is huge. The bed is two double beds side-by-side, and can easily fit 3 adults. There is a huge bathtub in the room, with open glass, so more suited for honeymooners. There’s onsen in the hotel, which means we didn’t get to use the huge bathtub at all. Overall, a pleasant stay."

It has a small reception counter and 4 self check in booth. the hotel staff is very friendly; provided clear instruction on each facility, including access gate to HTB exclusively for this hotel. if you buy HTB ticket on the day of check in; the hotel provided extension of your existing tickets for next day visit from 9am! Simple american style breakfast but tastes good."

The room size was a pleasant surprise way bigger than typical Japan hotels. My only heads-up is the location. It’s a 20mins walk from the station. not too bad, but the surrounding streets get very dark. Definitely avoid walking to the convenience store late at night"
