"Terrible. The room was tiny, stuffy, and had a strong mix of musty and sewage smells. The bed sheets were dirty. When I asked for them to be changed, I was told the cleaning staff had already left for the day, and changing rooms wasn't an option either. Eventually, they just gave me a new sheet to change myself. After diving, all our clothes were wet, and there was nowhere to hang them to dry. The room was so small we couldn't even open our luggage."

"Overall, I'm satisfied. The hotel's exterior and surroundings are great. Our first-night room overlooked the forest, giving us the feeling of staying in a primeval forest. If you're lucky, you might even spot squirrels in the morning. The interior of the room is relatively new and modern. We were quite pleased with it. Perhaps due to the tent-room design, the shower stall was a little small, but it was completely acceptable as the showerhead had great pressure, making showering a breeze. The hotel staff provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. They had already turned on the air conditioning before we arrived at our room. Drivers also helped with luggage when getting on and off the shuttle. They were always on top of reminding us about shuttle bus注意事项 (important information/details) and followed up closely. The only drawback, which is also their advantage, is that it's about a 15-minute drive from Semporna town. If you need to go out at night after the shuttle bus hours, you'll need to take a taxi. However, it's precisely because of this distance that the surrounding environment is so quiet and refreshing."

"1️⃣ The location is about 1.2km from the pier, a 20-minute walk or a hotel shuttle bus. However, the road there is very bad, with no sidewalks, making it somewhat dangerous at night. 2️⃣ The hotel is located in a courtyard. Check-in and hotel staff all work in the courtyard. If someone is talking outside, you can hear them inside, as there is virtually no soundproofing. Similarly, conversations inside can be heard by passersby outside. Those seeking privacy and quiet should think twice. 3️⃣ The rooms are very basic. There are no curtains, only Roman blinds. The bathroom doesn't even have curtains. 😰 If you stay on the first floor, there's practically no privacy at night. Why didn't they even bother with curtains? It's really unpleasant. 4️⃣ It's very noisy at night. There are all sorts of insect and bird chirps, motorcycles passing by, and a constant, inexplicable mechanical humming outside my room. It was incredibly noisy. Then, at 4 AM, they started chanting prayers through a loudspeaker next door. I basically spent the whole night surrounded by noise; it was torture! 😩 5️⃣ Breakfast was just an egg and a bowl of noodles. After that, you could go island hopping. In short, I wouldn't recommend staying here at this price. It's just too noisy. The most important thing about staying in a hotel is rest, and the room lacks privacy without curtains. It rains frequently here, and there's a musty, watery smell on the first floor. It's a very average hotel, not worth the price. Personally, I think if you're going to be noisy anyway, you might as well stay near the pier."

"Good location, hotel is a bit old but also looks recently renovated, so it's a mix. It's still clean, just that you can notice the old part. Service was ok, but I had issue with the wifi in front of my room (15), and despite restarting the router and modem, the connection was still without the internet, and that was very frustrating because even my phone was only able to get 4G signal. I managed to connect to a wifi for rooms 1-5, but it's a bit further, so the signal wasn't very strong. Couldn't do much work or gaming unfortunately. Hopefully this will be fixed. Also there's no elevator, so book with that in mind."

"I rushed to the hotel very tired and was told that there was no room and I was accommodated by someone else. Because I was the last to arrive, I had to change to another B&B he opened, so I had no choice but to go. As a result, there was no water at all. Every time I use water, I have to go to the waiter to open it in the back, and then it disappears in a few minutes. I want to go to the toilet in the middle of the night and go out to look for it, but no one is there.
