We chose this hotel for the 1 night we are spending at KL because we had an early flight the next day and this hotel is 10mins away from KLIA. There is nothing around the hotel. No eateries or activities to do except for the amenities in the hotel. It is nonetheless a clean and huge hotel. Rooms are normal.

I recently stayed at the Airport Transit Hotel Tune Hotel KLIA T2 in Sepang, Malaysia. The location is a solid 5 stars, perfect for transit passengers. While cleanliness scored 3.5 due to aging towels and bedding, the staff's friendliness at 4.5 made my stay pleasant. It's great value for money (4 stars), especially for two or more guests. The facilities (4.5 stars), including a hairdryer and water dispenser, add convenience. A highlight is the 4.5-star breakfast buffet starting at 6 am, and the free shuttle service to KLIA T1 is a thoughtful touch.

The hotel location is perfect. It is so convenient to the airport (less than 10mins walk from arrival hall), especially midnight arrival or early departure passenger or senior people(like my mom). You can take free shuttle bus from airport to the nearby Mitsui Outlet Park. The room is clean and tidy. One thing is a bit disappointed - breakfast - it was not a buffer and was only 2 choices: caesar salad or lakes, and no drinks included. Both were not attractive and the restaurant does not allowed to pay extra to order something else. I would not recommend to pay extra for breakfast because many cafes are located nearby.

The location of the room is relatively close to a local living town. It is not recommended for those who are purely traveling. Because it is an apartment type, it took a long time to find the door and contact the landlord. However, the price/performance ratio of the room is still good. The room is large and suitable for young couples to travel. It's okay for a while. The hygiene is average. It's not bad. I can only say that it's about the same price.

The receptionist try to comfort everyone by saying they are doing their level best because there are 100 rooms need to be clean. Well maybe management need to hire more in their housekeeping dept. Checking-in at 6.30pm. Hmm..

Inside the room there were mosquitoes and the tap at the sink has no cap and the water splashed to the user causing the user all wet. Notified the CS but nothing was done about it when we stayed again on 14/11/2023-15/11/2023. The hotel needs to be refurvished. Its old and maintainence was poor. 🙃

My flight landed a little late, and then my bank put a hold on my card because it decided Malaysia was ”unusual activity”. So, no money for a taxi, stuck in a place where I had no phone service, and the booking app takes up to 12 hours to contact the hotel, I didn't know what to do. Luckily, a gentleman at one of the currency exchange kiosks took his breaktime to help call the hotel, and they sent a vehicle to get me. (I later found out it was the manager's wife). They got me quickly checked in after a long day, and recommended a nearby restaurant who was having a grand reopening (free meal).

Then staying at the airport having good veggie soup and latest top of the day is capsule transit hotel. First of all nice staff, very helpful. Great creative idea of small space sleeping capsules located on most expensive airport place. Hotel is build like container warehouse. You have your own capsule with light, charging….You get towel, water and sharing toilet and shower. Perfect enough. Many places to just in walking distance and shop some necessities. Really recommended

We stay at this hotel for a night transit. We took grab, cost RM25 and it was less than 15min driving. The room is big and clean. Aircon worked well. Got hot shower but the water pressure wasnt high but not a big problem. No amenities except soap. The put the towel hanger so high which I dont understand why. But for a room less than RM 150 for 3 persons where we got 2 king size beds inside, it was more than ok. Will consider this hotel again when I need to transit overnight. Almost forgot.. neighbours are full with eating places and easy to get taxi too even at 6am.

The host had WeChat Chinese (this was the key to my decision at the time!) There were many delicious restaurants right next to the hostel. The seafood chow mein I ordered was right at the intersection (next to 711). I also went to Xiamen, Malaysia, where I drank milk tea. Also great.

I really enjoyed my stay! Joe and Matt are above all expectations: caring, kind, always ready to help. The room as well as common area were super clean. A few restaurants with reasonable prices, supermarkets and pharmacy are only 1-3 minutes on foot. Good wifi. Tea, coffee, cookies, bread, butter, jam are provided 24 hours. Towel and soap in the bathroom also. The train station is only 10 minutes on foot and it's only 1 station to KLIA1 and 2 stations to KLIA 2. Summarizing - this place is the best choice if you have a long stopover in KL. Strongly recommended!

The landlord needs to send the room number and then the security guard will take him to the mailbox to get the key. I cannot receive clear information through Ctrip booking. I hope Ctrip can clarify the check-in process with the landlord. It is next to the Xiamen University of Malaysia campus, which is very convenient if you are going to school.

First of all the receptionist was friendly. Room is OK. Interior is great. But you can hardly sleep at night as the sound proof system is too bad especially for rooms located in the centre of the floor. You can clearly hear the sound of water pump, sound of TV, sound of people chatting from other rooms while you are in your own room. Bed is dusty and mattress is not up to standard, low sleep quality. Even though this is a budget hotel but some other hotels like 'best view' in the city with similar price has far better mattress. This mattress is certainly worse than the rest. False fire alarm in the morning. No mirror in the room, so if you wish to make up you gotta proceed to the washroom. It is suggested for the hotel to place a foldable luggage rack or something as there is no table top or space to place luggage at all. Need to place everything on the floor. We chose this hotel for the 1 night we are spending at KL because we had an early flight the next day and this hotel is 10mins away from KLIA. There is nothing around the hotel. No eateries or activities to do except for the amenities in the hotel. It is nonetheless a clean and huge hotel. Rooms are normal.

I saw a lot of guests praised the boss on the Internet very well and would speak a little Mandarin. The most important thing is to provide free drop-off service. I will come and stay for one night to see if the price is very cheap. There are five bottles of water in the refrigerator for free. It’s really driving from the location of the hotel to the airport. It’s only ten to fifteen minutes. It’s very close to the family room. It’s also very good. At 6 o'clock in the morning, they will also play their religious tapes. They will wake up on the way to the airport. The boss is very friendly and chats very happy. Perfect ending journey

We stay at this hotel for a night transit. We took grab, cost RM25 and it was less than 15min driving. The room is big and clean. Aircon worked well. Got hot shower but the water pressure wasnt high but not a big problem. No amenities except soap. The put the towel hanger so high which I dont understand why. But for a room less than RM 150 for 3 persons where we got 2 king size beds inside, it was more than ok. Will consider this hotel again when I need to transit overnight. Almost forgot.. neighbours are full with eating places and easy to get taxi too even at 6am.

Location is good and easy to find it because it is at roadster. Very near to town area. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Next to hotel is mamak restaurant. To me it is convenient place especially midnight if I want find the food. Staffs here also nice to us. Sungai Pelek is good place for short vacation. Recommended to those want to come this place.

Arrived at 5.15pm. Room still not available and need to wait another hour. Guests were waiting at the lobby waiting for their room. The receptionist try to comfort everyone by saying they are doing their level best because there are 100 rooms need to be clean. Well maybe management need to hire more in their housekeeping dept. Checking-in at 6.30pm. Hmm..

交通上，酒店距離機場很近，趕機人打車很快就到了。酒店服務非常好，因為打包行李所以一直到十點半左右才抵達酒店，但是老闆仍然教我開鎖、買水和辦理入住事宜，真的很感恩老闆的熱心幫助。房間內部設施一應俱全，女孩子住也很安全。最後，東西落在老闆那裡了也非常好溝通！好評～～～

This place was perfect for an emergency overnight layover in KL. Was approximately 50rm taxi ride from KLIA, friendly staff. Some restaurants nearby, would probably consider using again if I need a place to stay for a night.
