"First check-in was at 1 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet. Apparently, the room hadn't been cleaned yet. The room was ready at 3 PM. Breakfast was okay, the pool was large, and access to the beach was a bit difficult because it was via a small road. But overall, it was good."

"I don't even know how to describe it. The hygiene was absolutely appalling. The room was swarming with ants, mosquitoes, and geckos. The windows were leaky. I'm speechless. The mattress was filthy, covered only by a sheet. The blankets were unbearable to look at; I didn't dare use them at night because they were so dirty. I even got two ant bites on my body. Couldn't you at least improve the cleanliness? Over 400 RMB a night! I'm truly astonished! I'll never come back. I've never stayed in such a terrible room."
