"The front desk staff were very unprofessional and lacked service awareness. Firstly, even though it was close to 10 PM when we checked in, they kept trying to persuade us to scan a QR code to follow their online store, even though we had a child with us. Secondly, they were very slow in delivering a single sheet and blanket to our room, making excuses and delays. Thirdly, on the morning of check-out, our child forgot their toy car in the restaurant. When we asked the front desk to check with the staff, they simply replied that they hadn't found it, without even asking. I found it myself on the table. Furthermore, the restaurant breakfast was terrible, with many pre-made drinks and food, and the place was completely disorganized."

"Take the scenic spot shuttle bus from the entrance of the scenic spot. It is recommended not to drag too much luggage. The tent was not big and the mattresses were very thin. Four quilts were provided, so I manually put two quilts underneath to make a mattress and merged them together. During the National Day, the temperature at night is below ten degrees, there is no wind, and there is not much temperature difference between the inside and outside of the tent. I was prepared for the cold and wore thin down to sleep, but the result was okay. There was a music festival on the night of check-in, and it was in the tent area. It was basically impossible to experience the silent desert. There were still people checking in after twelve o'clock, and you could hear the sound of chatting. The sunrise on the second day was behind the sand dunes and could not be seen. However, the desert in the early morning was still beautiful and worth seeing. It was relatively quiet in the morning. Generally speaking, for the sake of experience, you can give it a try if you don’t care about the conditions. Not very cost effective. If you want to play in the scenic spot early the next morning, I can recommend it, it will be more convenient. In addition, there is a restaurant near the tent area where you can have dinner, but no breakfast."

"The lobby is impressive, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offered me a heat pack when I mentioned feeling unwell, which was a very thoughtful touch. There's a great selection of teas and herbal teas available at the front desk too. My room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was kept very clean. Plus, there are tons of dining options right downstairs, which was really convenient. Overall, I had a fantastic stay!"

"Stayed here for one night and was very impressed. It is very suitable for families and children. The winery has a beautiful environment and the lady at the front desk is kind and friendly. The food in the winery restaurant was delicious and affordable. On the second day, we also visited the winery workshop and wine cellar and tasted the wine. It was so fun."
