The rooms were spacious, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The bedding was just right, not too soft nor too firm, suitable for family members of all ages. The hotel environment was quiet at night, allowing everyone to get a good rest. The surrounding area has excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment options, so we didn't have to go far for meals or groceries. It was also convenient to take a taxi to various attractions, and the facilities were well-maintained. This hotel is perfect for a big family trip."

Otelin konumu ve ortamı: Cozy Chaohui Boutique Hotel, kuzeye ve güneye bakan, nehre bakan, Longyan South Road Food Street'e 10-15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, Vientiane Şehri'ne 10 dakikadan daha az mesafede, gerçekten bir Feng Shui hazinesi olan çok iyi bir konumda yer almaktadır. Otelin iç ortamı temiz ve düzenli, sessiz ve gürültülü değil. Otel odası: Odanın iç düzeni makul, kuru ve ıslak ayrı bir banyo ve büyük yatağın karşısında küçük bir pencere var. Beğendim. Xiaowo bu odayı bir pencereyle yükseltmeme yardımcı oldu. Küçük güzelliğe tekrar teşekkürler. Oda temiz ve düzenli, yatak takımları temiz ve her şey evde rahat hissettiriyor. "I arrived in Shantou on the 16th, and for the first two days, I stayed at a hotel on Zhujiang Road (which I won't comment on). On my way to the Zhujiang Road food street, I saw this hotel. I specifically canceled my previous booking to stay here, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! I immediately extended my stay. The staff at check-in were warm and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised with a free suite upgrade. The value for money is exceptional; the price was even better than my original hotel. The hotel environment is elegant, the decor has a high-quality feel, and the room was very comfortable. Housekeeping service was prompt, and any requests were handled efficiently, making me feel cared for at every turn. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are impeccable. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!"

"The Sheraton Shantou is the most expensive and foul-smelling hotel I've ever stayed in, and my experience was terrible. The air in the hotel was awful; after just one night, I developed an upper respiratory infection, a cold, fever, and headache. The carpets were incredibly dirty and smelly, and the hygiene was appalling. I don't understand why anyone would stay here or why it's recommended. However, both the hotel staff and the Trip.com employees had excellent attitudes. Whatever you do, do NOT stay at the Sheraton Shantou in Longguang if you go to Shantou; you'll just get sick!"

"The front desk staff acted like arrogant princes and princesses; I never saw a smile or heard a 'hello' from them. Haven't they been trained? You're under the Hyatt group, yet there's no training? Also, the hotel solicits good reviews; the front desk outright asked for one, saying they'd give me a free breakfast even before I checked in, and they said it with a 'whatever' attitude. I have the confidence to say this because I didn't even eat your breakfast. I won't even mention the hair and dust regarding cleanliness. The whole building feels like it's made of paper; you can hear all sorts of passionate noises from downstairs 24/7. And the faucets spray water everywhere. The only good thing is that the hot water is instant. I can only say it's barely tolerable for one night, but charging over 600 for a weekend stay is terrible value for money. It's essentially an apartment building where a few floors have been converted into a hotel, with several guesthouses in one building. I ended up moving downstairs for a few days."

The corner room we were given had terrible ventilation in the bathroom, and the air freshener they used smelled absolutely awful. Please change that scent... Also, the soundproofing was poor. It sounded like there was a KTV next door, and we could hear everything from our room..."

"After reading the reviews, I can confirm that the Hyatt Centric is indeed as good as people say! 😁 The hotel breakfast offers a wide selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, including freshly made Chaoshan-style kway teow soup and fish dumplings – a nutritious start to power you up for the day! 😉 The room has a bright view with excellent natural light and is fully equipped with amenities like a capsule coffee machine and a Dyson hairdryer. The front desk service was excellent and very responsive. It's conveniently located just 1km from the Pearl River and 2km from Longyan South Road. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shantou! 🤗"

"My family signed up for the hotel's complimentary walking tour of Chaozhou Ancient City area. It was well worth it. Very informative and the tour guide, Ms Xu, was extremely knowledgeable and committed to giving us detailed commentaries of each place of interest on our route. The four types of tea served at the hotel's beverage corner was another nice touch. We looked forward to having a nice drink each time we returned to the hotel from our activity outside. The hotel also has live guzheng music in the afternoon at the beverage corner. The little amenities provided in the room to help guests sleep well and the free laundry service were much appreciated too. The hotel has set itself apart from other hotels with all these gestures to make guests feel cared for."
