"This place is incredibly comfortable, and the staff are all so kind and patient, always ready to help us with any issues. The hot springs offer a great variety and are really enjoyable and relaxing. You can easily switch out for a clean towel anytime while soaking, and there's hot tea available too. The surrounding environment is beautiful, nestled among mountains, making it perfect for a wellness retreat. The rooms are also excellent, with balconies offering views of the back hills – it truly feels like a vacation. My friends and I have already decided to come back for a second visit!"

We stayed in suite with living room and own onsen. it say the water came from underground well but it doesn't have the mineral smell like the onsen from japan so i cant really vouch for. nonetheless the rooms are clean, spacious, morden design, and for the price point its just awesome value. The breakfast is also better then other 3~4stars china hotel with made to serve noodle and rice roll."

"The hotel has a great location, right next to the Fengcailou Archway and very close to Fengdu Pedestrian Street. There are so many good restaurants around! There's a free attraction right downstairs – the Shaozhou Prefectural Confucian Temple. The hotel has smart voice control, but it seems the voice control only works for the air conditioning and curtains; it can't even control the projector 😂. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the shower has great water pressure. The front desk has a free self-service coffee machine and some convenient free items like dental floss, a sewing kit, and band-aids – very thoughtful!"

"Overall stay was acceptable. The room is new , spacious (they provide a corner with a table and tea set ) and clean. Bed and pillow were a bit soft for us. The breakfast was average. Not much variety. There is no refrigerator provided in the room. The corridor walk way no air conditioning (my visit was during summer, a bit stuffy and warm) and the lift always full of cigarettes smell."

The front desk staff were perfunctory and rude, and their problem-solving efficiency was extremely low. The front desk staff lacked basic service awareness and did not meet the service standards expected of a hotel. For the same price, you can stay in a much better hotel. I do not recommend staying here and will never come again. Facilities: There were no facilities whatsoever. I called the front desk before check-in and they said the facilities were complete. Cleanliness: The room smelled bad. Service: The front desk service was extremely poor."
