"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, offering beautiful photo opportunities that easily rival popular scenic spots, but with a unique江南 (Jiangnan) style. A special shout-out to Mr. Chen Fu, our shuttle driver. We arrived quite late, around 10 PM, amidst a heavy downpour, and the shuttle service was almost ending. He thoughtfully covered our sleeping child with a towel to prevent them from getting wet. After dropping us off, he walked us to our room, holding an umbrella and even helped with our luggage. Such a small act of kindness truly warmed our hearts. Thumbs up to him! At checkout, Ms. Xiao Xie from the concierge was incredibly attentive, helping us with our luggage to the car and proactively assisting with the checkout process. Big praises for her! Assistant Lobby Manager Mr. Xiao Lü also had a wonderful attitude. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out different room types! Shaoxing is truly beautiful!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like Lu Xun's Former Residence, with easy access to major sights by bus or taxi. The facilities are comprehensive, and the lobby is spacious, bright, and stylish. Our room was clean and tidy, featuring a French window leading to a balcony with a great view. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. They also have a parking lot and EV charging stations, making it very convenient for those driving. We had a pleasant stay! 😀"

"True to its name, Wen Duyuan Hotel truly radiates warmth and hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and almost all of my requests were handled perfectly. The hotel facilities showed meticulous attention to detail and were spotlessly clean, even small items like charging cables were well-maintained. The clear signage everywhere was a thoughtful touch, and each floor even had a water dispenser and ice machine. Plus, there's a small meeting room, making it an absolute top choice for business travelers. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lavish selection of seafood that really showed their dedication. Next time I'm in Shaoxing, I'll definitely choose Wen Duyuan again!"

Ample parking made getting around convenient, and the staff proactively helped with luggage. The service was meticulous and heartwarming throughout, making for a very satisfying overall stay."

"Highly recommend this family-friendly hotel for anyone traveling to Shaoxing with a baby! My baby was crying in the lobby, and the front desk staff went above and beyond, bringing out a pinwheel and bubbles to cheer her up 🤣. They even helped us switch rooms. The family room had a huge floor-to-ceiling window and a balcony, which our baby absolutely loved. The hotel also has a public play area for kids with a slide, building blocks, and lots of picture books, perfect for young children. Since our baby fell asleep at noon, the front desk graciously extended our check-out until 2 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. We also received welcome fruit, which was a nice touch! And when we accidentally left our baby's clothes behind, they even mailed them back to us 🤣. We booked a package with breakfast included, and the hotel's breakfast was fantastic for families with kids because of the wide variety. You never know what a picky eater might want for breakfast, so this ensures they'll have a good meal! Super satisfied! Excellent value for money!"

The hotel itself is a beautiful ancient courtyard, with an elegant, rustic exterior. Inside, the rooms are luxuriously decorated and the facilities are spotless. The front desk staff, who embody the charm of the ancient Yue region, were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and provided impeccable service. A perfect experience!"

"The location is fantastic! It’s a remote hotel not far from the Fuzhi Rice Terraces. It’s a great place for the summer time when you want to relax by the pool and have a walk amongst the fields. They had fireworks which was a lovely touch. I maybe go back. However, the place is very dirty and is in need of a deep clean. There was a dirty plate in our room, the door on the inside of our bathroom is black at the bottom, the pool needs a clean and the tiles need fixing, the white curtains in the dining area are old and need replacing, there is dust in the corners or the windows as you eat. This place is great but it could be SO much better with a deep clean every month. There are different members of staff and the man on the last day was much more attentive than the first day. Instead of being on the phone, those men could be cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the place. It’s too expensive for what you get."

"There are a lot of parent-child activities. It turns out that this is a training business that has changed to a homestay. You can be lazy and just follow the activities of the park. The little friend came back and kept saying that he missed Xiaoshuai, he missed Xiaoshuai. This Border Collie is really cute. I look forward to coming again soon."

"This hotel is located right in a wetland park, offering fresh air and beautiful surroundings. It's a truly refreshing escape, perfect for a 'lung-cleansing' trip. It's also very close to the Shaoxing Olympic Sports Center Stadium, making it convenient for attending shows. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free, giving us a much more spacious stay. This is a highly recommended hotel."

It's also very close to Cangqiao Old Street. The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. The decor is modern and minimalist. Staff member #3 was very enthusiastic. The overall environment is also quite good."

"It's definitely a place best experienced in summer. The vibe is exactly what I was looking for – so relaxing and laid-back. A short break here to unwind felt like a complete recharge. You can fish in the stream right by the guesthouse, and I actually managed to catch a few small fish! The guesthouse also has a small swimming pool, and an evening dip there was lovely. I didn't even feel the need to explore any nearby attractions; just staying at the guesthouse kept me perfectly content."
