"I couldn't help but take photos the day I checked in, thinking I must leave a good review: Wen Du Yuan – the 'warmth' really comes through in the details. Things like the clothes drying rack near the air conditioner vent, the laundry room on each floor (with hand-washing sinks and dryers), small meeting rooms, and a shared kitchen (not heavily used, but definitely convenient for those with babies). The bathroom fixtures are quite smart, and the direct drinking water and ice maker are big pluses! 👍🏻 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing. Oh, and the breakfast has a great variety and everything tastes good; the congee was clearly made with care. The chef was very enthusiastic, hats off to them! Just a small suggestion: the gym is missing some heavier dumbbells. Could you add options like 15-15.25-15.75-20 (kg) for guests who need them? (Awaiting your feedback). "Taking advantage of spring's arrival in Jiangnan, I came to experience the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town. Before arriving, I was already looking forward to immersing myself in the special atmosphere of these towns, and choosing Keqiao was definitely the right decision, as was selecting Youchao Hotel. The town at night is beautiful, and the hotel is right by the small river, truly evoking the feeling of 'small bridges, flowing water, and homes'. Walking on the cobblestone paths, I felt like I was part of the town. After a tiring day of exploring, I returned to the hotel for a special cocktail. In my slightly tipsy state, my affection for the town grew even more. The hotel itself is also stunning, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window showcasing many plants that blend seamlessly with the hotel's Chinese-style decor. The service is excellent too; after I requested something, they responded very quickly. This money was truly well spent!"

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, and I'd definitely choose it again if I come back. I usually stay at chain hotels, but all the nearby Hantings, Orange Hotels, and Atours were either too old or had too many negative reviews. I tried this one for a night and immediately extended my stay for another four or five days. Pros: The facilities are new and complete, hygiene standards are met, the service is warm and well-trained, and the location is convenient. Although the bed is quite close to the door and you can hear people talking in the corridor, luckily it was off-season so it wasn't too crowded or noisy. I could tell the hotel had already addressed soundproofing issues; the door is quite thick and heavy. I'd recommend choosing a room on a higher floor, on the inner side, not an end room, for a great experience. They also offer welcome fruit daily (though it wasn't always fresh one day), and I received a welcome gift on the first day. Cangqiao Zhijie street is just a 5-minute walk away, and within 2km there are shopping malls and the Lu Xun Native Place scenic area. Food delivery is plentiful and fast, and almost every time, the robot delivered my order right after it arrived. The service attitude is excellent; much better trained than many newly opened hotels. The staff are enthusiastic and proactive, and any issues communicated via WeChat were resolved immediately. I was really impressed with the cleanliness; in all these days, I didn't find any bugs except for one fly. Cons: The overhead shower in the bathroom had a slightly chaotic spray, splashing everywhere, and it was directly facing the door crack, so the floor outside would get wet every time I showered. On the last day, the air conditioner's warm air had a slight odor. It would be helpful if there were 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Make Up Room' signs to hang on the doorknob (I didn't see any electronic ones). This way, the hotel would know guest preferences without prior communication, and housekeepers wouldn't need to knock to ask if a room didn't need cleaning. The cleaning staff, however, were still very responsible."

"The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Shaoxing Station, passing by Yangming's Former Residence. Xixiao Road is very quiet and clean. The room had an air purifier running, so there were no unpleasant smells. I particularly liked the overhead night light. The hotel also provided body lotion, disposable toilet seat covers, and laundry detergent, which was a pleasant surprise. I especially enjoyed the breakfast here; it was very diverse (Shaoxing cuisine is generally bland, and I didn't have good luck with other local restaurants). The only drawback was that the shower water pressure was a bit low. I hope the hotel can improve that."

"Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The location on Jiefang North Road is great, directly opposite Guojin Joy City, and just a few minutes' walk to City Plaza Metro Station. You can easily stroll to Lu Xun's Former Residence and Cangqiao Old Street from there, no need for repeated taxi rides when exploring the old city. The room had no strange odors, and the Planter mattress and deep sleep pillows were definitely a highlight – after a day of walking, I'd lie down and instantly feel sleepy. Soundproofing was also decent. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and helpful with directions without being dismissive. The laundry room with a dryer was a lifesaver for my clothes."
