"Nice hotel for the price. The rooms are on the small side which is to be expected from a budget hotel, but it was clean and modern, and a nice bathroom and decently sized shower. The main negative was that the shower water pressure was poor. I would stay here again when next visiting Sheffield!"

"The hotel was recommended but did not live up to expectations. First room smelt, did not have privilege benefits that had been paid for. No phone in room to talk to main desk so had to keep going downstairs to reception. Second room was on 5th floor so all privilege rooms but we were given a disabled access room. Breakfast was disappointing as only five option on hot food counter and choices of fruit and yogurt limited. We decided to check out on the Sunday evening, rather than staying for the third and the last night."

"My wife and I stayed 2 Nights at the Premier Inn, Angel Street in Sheffield last week. We chose the hotel as we know and trust the brand and it was conveniently located for our visit to the Snooker World Championships taking place at the Crucible Theatre. The staff were fantastic - more later. Firstly and as usual the Premier Inn does exactly what it says on the tin - a comfortable bed and a good sleep. We chose the Meal Deal for our two night stay- which was Breakfast and Evening Meal. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of all of our meals and equally the restaurant on the first floor had a very nice vibe and attractive decor. The real highlight, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered were friendly and polite, but I’d particularly like and mention Aaron and Tilly. They really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Both were a real credit to the hotel—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel like more than just guests. My wife and I are truly grateful for their kindness and for recognising how special this trip was to us. With the greatest respect to the brand—which consistently gets the basics right—it’s the efforts of staff like Aaron and Tilly that really made a stay truly memorable one. Thank you."

"A great hotel in a good location for visitors to Sheffield. The advantage of staying slightly out of the city centre for free parking and a peaceful location. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet in lovely grounds. We had 4 rooms with our party which were booked at a reasonable price and 2 were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially the lady on reception. Would happily stay here again"

"We stayed one night and for breakfast. Location was great, shops and pubs 5-10 minute walk. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. We had a great sleep as ut was so quiet. We would not hesitate to return here."

"******* the host was super friendly and attentive. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. However, the bedroom had just a bed (very big and comfy), two tiny bedside units, and a mirror on the floor. There was no storage of any sort so be prepared to live out of a suitcase. Instead of a waste bin, there was a small plastic bag. The shared bathroom had a bath but no shower, not even inside the bath. The house is in a busty residential area with large new townhouses, so parking can be difficult. ******* said that he will add to the furniture and install a shower head but until that happens it is overpriced (£80) for a room with no en-suite."

"The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable We had breakfast which was decent full Yorkshire The hotel is close to Sheffield Wednesday football ground so would be handy if staying over after a match there’s a supermarket with a petrol station next to the hotel and many places to go and have an evening meal and drinks I would use it again"
