The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay, the facilities were well-equipped, and they even offered a complimentary late check-out. It's extremely close to Shenyang South Railway Station, just under a 10-minute taxi ride, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The price was also very reasonable. Our room overlooked a residential area, ensuring a very quiet stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room wonderfully cool. Dining options downstairs were plentiful and convenient, and the area had a lively atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and they can issue invoices whenever needed. The electric curtains provided excellent blackout, operating smoothly and silently. Elevator access required a key card, which added an extra layer of security. Parking is free, but remember to register your vehicle at the front desk upon arrival!"

We had an early train to Shenyang Station at 7:30 AM, so we headed to the restaurant at 6:20 AM. A special shout-out to Liu Dan, the restaurant manager. Seeing our large luggage, she kindly suggested we leave it at the bar for convenience. Upon learning about our train, she informed us that breakfast officially starts at 6:30 AM but offered us some items that were already prepared. She even helped us with the food and then took my room card to the front desk to check us out, allowing us to enjoy our meal without rushing. As we were leaving, Zhao Mengrui even gave us some small desserts for our train journey – so thoughtful! Housekeeping, led by Manager Huo and Aunt Guan, did an excellent job; our room was spotless, and they even provided two extra bottles of water. I truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the Northeastern people. ❤️"

There is a recreation center, gym and swimming pool on the 7th floor. The facilities are very complete. The surrounding facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient. There are subway lines 1 and 10. It is only one stop away from Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. The location is very advantageous and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Manager Pu and Manager Tian have a very good service attitude. They can solve problems patiently and think from the customer's perspective. Five-star praise. Note, there is no electricity in the bedside socket, which is a bit of a pity."

"My husband and I wanted to go to Shenyang from Beijing for a weekend getaway. I booked a room online and found this Monarch Wanxin Hotel. An executive room, including breakfast for two, for only 1399 RMB for two nights. In my impression, the hotel has an excellent location. It's a very upscale five-star hotel in Shenyang. So I booked it without hesitation. Before check-in, Lena, the customer service manager, called in advance and arranged an upgrade to a scenic executive suite. This was truly exceptional value for money! From the 30th floor, you can clearly see the Hun River scenery across the way. What a beautiful Shenyang... The hygiene was good, and the floor was quiet. The executive lounge also offered delicious dumplings and wontons. For breakfast, you could enjoy the view of Youth Street below. A modern city with high-rise buildings all around. All in all, a fantastic weekend travel experience. We'll definitely come again next time ✌🌹"

He was so attentive and warm, I'm completely won over! I was traveling with my family on short notice, and we arrived late at night during a light rain. My family was quite tired from the journey. I had originally booked a standard room, but when checking in, I casually mentioned to the front desk attendant that my elderly family members are light sleepers and I was worried about noise at night. To my surprise, he took it to heart and immediately and thoughtfully upgraded us to a quiet room on a higher floor, free of charge. He was patient and gentle throughout the entire process, not perfunctory at all. He proactively and helpfully informed us about the elevator's location, breakfast times, and the parking lot entrances and exits. Worried that we might have trouble getting around at night, he specifically advised us on local road conditions and the hotel's nighttime services. The attention to detail was exceptional. I was exhausted from traveling late at night, but this unexpected, thoughtful service instantly cured my fatigue. Beyond the incredibly helpful front desk service, the hotel's overall quality was also excellent. The hotel environment is clean and grand, with public areas that are tidy, bright, clean, and odor-free, creating an overall quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room's cleanliness was also very good; there was no dust in the corners, and the bedding was soft and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. The room facilities were complete, the Wi-Fi speed was super fast, the hot water was stable, and the toiletries were clean and good to use, resulting in a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, drinks, and fresh fruit, all fresh and with a homely taste that didn't disappoint. The entire service team was highly professional, polite, attentive, and responsive. A good hotel isn't just about good hardware; what's even more rare is sincere and thoughtful service. The professionalism and gentleness of this front desk attendant made the entire trip exceptionally warm. It's incredibly good value for money and definitely worth recommending. I'll choose this hotel again for my next stay!"

She even kindly sent us the park's activity schedule, detailing the locations and opening hours of the indoor and outdoor hot springs, water park, sauna area, and buffet restaurant – newcomers wouldn't need to figure anything out on their own. Throughout our stay, any questions we had were quickly answered via WeChat by Xiao Hui. She promptly arranged for extra toiletries and replenished our drinking water when needed. Traveling with children, she thoughtfully provided complimentary children's toys and reminded us of the precautions for the kids' water play area, which was incredibly heartwarming. When I accidentally left a small item behind, she carefully retrieved it and contacted us to pick it up. Her attention to detail truly shined. When I asked him what he was pointing at, he said he was trying to count how many lights were lit up at the very top of that building, but they kept flickering and he couldn't count them clearly. I joined him and we counted twice, but still couldn't get a clear count. He then said, 'Maybe I don't need to count them clearly, it's enough to just know they're flickering,' and then he pulled his hand back. He wanted to count but couldn't, and in the end, he convinced himself that he didn't need to. It was like he made peace with those flickering lights."

Shenyang's weather can be quite unpredictable and it was scorching hot, so a glass of that *suanmeitang* was incredibly refreshing. The rooms were very clean, and the soundproofing was decent. The area downstairs is very lively at night, with plenty of BBQ skewers and other street food options, making dining incredibly convenient. You can also wander over to the night market near the Sports Institute, and the prices there are very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again next time!"
