It's close to a shopping district, making dining and shopping super convenient. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, so it was nice and quiet at night. "1. The minibar cabinet is quite large, but the drinking water provided is Pure Joy brand. Both the selection and packaging feel very thoughtless. Also, there's only a kettle in the minibar area, no coffee machine or anything else. 2. The fridge is completely empty – no drinks, no mini-bar, not even a bottle of mineral water. 3. The minibar drawer, which should typically hold wine glasses, beer glasses, etc., has the compartments built in, but nothing has been placed inside; it's completely empty. 4. The bathtub has a niche that should normally hold toiletries, but again, nothing is there (no disposable bath liners, bath salts, etc.). 5. There's a changing room, but other than slippers, nothing else is provided. No shoe-polishing cloth, no bags, no weighing scale. The price isn't cheap, and overall, the value for money is low. It gives the impression that the owner is being stingy – they spent a lot on the hard furnishings but are unwilling to invest in the smaller details, which are very lacking."

He was so attentive and warm, I'm completely won over! I was traveling with my family on short notice, and we arrived late at night during a light rain. My family was quite tired from the journey. I had originally booked a standard room, but when checking in, I casually mentioned to the front desk attendant that my elderly family members are light sleepers and I was worried about noise at night. To my surprise, he took it to heart and immediately and thoughtfully upgraded us to a quiet room on a higher floor, free of charge. He was patient and gentle throughout the entire process, not perfunctory at all. He proactively and helpfully informed us about the elevator's location, breakfast times, and the parking lot entrances and exits. Worried that we might have trouble getting around at night, he specifically advised us on local road conditions and the hotel's nighttime services. The attention to detail was exceptional. I was exhausted from traveling late at night, but this unexpected, thoughtful service instantly cured my fatigue. Beyond the incredibly helpful front desk service, the hotel's overall quality was also excellent. The hotel environment is clean and grand, with public areas that are tidy, bright, clean, and odor-free, creating an overall quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room's cleanliness was also very good; there was no dust in the corners, and the bedding was soft and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. The room facilities were complete, the Wi-Fi speed was super fast, the hot water was stable, and the toiletries were clean and good to use, resulting in a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, drinks, and fresh fruit, all fresh and with a homely taste that didn't disappoint. The entire service team was highly professional, polite, attentive, and responsive. A good hotel isn't just about good hardware; what's even more rare is sincere and thoughtful service. The professionalism and gentleness of this front desk attendant made the entire trip exceptionally warm. It's incredibly good value for money and definitely worth recommending. I'll choose this hotel again for my next stay!"

Upon check-in, Xiao Hui proactively helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. She meticulously explained how to use the private hot spring and other room facilities. She even kindly sent us the park's activity schedule, detailing the locations and opening hours of the indoor and outdoor hot springs, water park, sauna area, and buffet restaurant – newcomers wouldn't need to figure anything out on their own. Throughout our stay, any questions we had were quickly answered via WeChat by Xiao Hui. She promptly arranged for extra toiletries and replenished our drinking water when needed. Traveling with children, she thoughtfully provided complimentary children's toys and reminded us of the precautions for the kids' water play area, which was incredibly heartwarming. When I accidentally left a small item behind, she carefully retrieved it and contacted us to pick it up. Her attention to detail truly shined. Xiao Hui was always gentle, polite, and greeted us with a smile. Her service was thorough and meticulous, never perfunctory. The resort environment itself is comfortable, with a wide variety of hot spring pools that are clean and well-maintained. Coupled with the professional and caring service from our butler, our overall vacation experience was truly exceptional. As a highly-regarded hot spring resort in Shenbei, the facilities are top-notch, but the service truly stands out. On our next visit, we'll definitely request her again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway – it's well worth a special trip!"

"I chose this hotel in Shenyang's Dingmianxiyangkeng for my trip, and the front desk staff's service attitude was absolutely excellent. The laundry room and gym on the second floor are both free to use. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively offered a children's toothbrush and slippers, which was incredibly thoughtful. There's a 24-hour convenience store right next door, so if you need anything in the middle of the night, it's super convenient. Upon check-in, we also received a travel card with reliable recommendations for attractions and food; we visited several places based on their suggestions and they were all great. The underground parking is free, so no need to worry about finding a spot. The room was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. The price is fair, offering incredible value for money. There's also a free children's slide and Hanfu experience on the second floor; my child looked beautiful in the Hanfu and didn't want to leave, having so much fun. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shenyang."

I was pleasantly surprised to find an ice machine right next to the front desk, along with complimentary *suanmeitang* (sour plum drink). Shenyang's weather can be quite unpredictable and it was scorching hot, so a glass of that *suanmeitang* was incredibly refreshing. The rooms were very clean, and the soundproofing was decent. The area downstairs is very lively at night, with plenty of BBQ skewers and other street food options, making dining incredibly convenient. You can also wander over to the night market near the Sports Institute, and the prices there are very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again next time!"
