"The room was decent and the mattress comfortable. However, the hotel's service awareness really falls short and doesn't live up to international hotel standards. The staff lacks service training; there's no feeling of being welcomed, and interactions feel very stiff. When checking in, I wasn't given a breakfast card, and then at breakfast, the staff kept asking for it. When I went to the front desk to get one, they spent a long time verifying it. I wouldn't recommend staying here."
