It was my first time having a medicinal cuisine course (in a good way!), and I was deeply moved to have such a wonderful culinary experience in Shinshiro, a city in Aichi Prefecture that's quite different from Nagoya. It might not be a place that people often choose as a travel destination, but I highly recommend everyone visit!"

"Only the room is a bit strange. The toilet is very small and there is no bathroom. After using the toilet, you have to walk over several meters to the terrace to wash your hands. The terrace seems to have not been cleaned for a long time. You can hear the sound of running water in the room and open-air bath near the river. The environment is not bad."
