"Environment: The environment is absolutely stunning; you might even think you're abroad just from watching videos and looking at photos. Service: The service was excellent too. We had one guy assisting us from start to finish, and he was incredibly responsive to all our requests. We brought our own ingredients for a BBQ and also ordered a free-range chicken hotpot there. Whenever we needed cooking utensils, sauces, or lights, a quick message would have them brought over immediately. It was our first time booking this guesthouse, and they even proactively helped us light the BBQ grill. It was fantastic; five-star rating for the service! Facilities: The only downside is that the public facilities aren't quite up to par. If you arrive too early, there isn't much to do. We arrived around 4 PM, took some photos, went for a walk, and then returned to our courtyard for the BBQ. Hygiene: Both the room and the courtyard were very clean, and everything was well-equipped. The hot spring pool water can be freely controlled, and there's plenty of it. It's expected to have quite a few insects and bugs, but we were completely fine with that."
