"I won't stay at this hotel again. Last night around 11 PM, my room phone suddenly rang, but only a few rings before it hung up. The next morning, I received two more calls, asking what I wanted for breakfast and saying their WeChat request wasn't accepted. This severely disrupted my sleep and rest. More importantly, I explicitly opted out of breakfast when booking, but when I complained during check-out, the response was "a handover issue with a colleague the night before." But what was the handover? Breakfast wasn't booked, and there wasn't any WeChat friend request notification. I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and I've never encountered a situation like this: calling and adding WeChat just to confirm breakfast. The hotel's location isn't convenient, and there aren't many takeout options. I chose this place for its quiet environment. The standard of linens is not clear. I got rashes on my body after using the bedding. I could only sleep in clothes all night. There was no toilet paper in the room. I asked the front desk for it. The aunt brought other people's leftovers. It was really economical. I personally think that the leftovers in the room can be placed in the public area for guests to use. After all, guests do not know the hygiene habits of the previous guests, so they have to be on guard. This saving is unreasonable. After checking out, the assistant manager of the lobby called to apologize. I personally approve of the attitude. The room rate was also halved. But this pertinent comment still needs to be written. I hope the hotel can strengthen its hygiene supervision, otherwise it is not as good as those four-star hotels in All Seasons. Why is it marked as five stars? There is no doubt that the bottle of shower gel must have been assembled with the leftovers of the previous guest when it was canned. What is disposable? Or the previous guest did it intentionally, then I dare not stay even more. The level of guests is not flattering. Don't complain too much. I hope the hotel's savings can at least be seen on the surface."
