"The location is near to batha market and magliya market which is good for most business traveler. Room is spacious, toilet is clean and there’s a sofa on front of the tv, overall is ok, there’s not much food served during breakfast and it is always same menu everyday. Internet was not good."

"Bu otelde ilk konaklamam değil. Önceki konaklamam iyiydi. Ama son konaklamam berbattı. Otel bakımda ve rezervasyon yaparken bununla ilgili hiçbir bilgi yok. Saat 22:00'de giriş yapmak için geldim ve resepsiyon görevlisi bana bakım nedeniyle gece yarısına kadar gürültü olabileceğini söyledi. Neden otel rezervasyonu yaparken bilgilendirmiyorlar? Konuklar bu ”tuhaflığı” varıştan önce bilmeli, sonra değil. Bakım gerekebileceğini kabul ediyorum. Ama neden gece?! Vızıldayan matkap, vızıldayan matkap vb. için ağır ekipman kullanıyorlardı. Resepsiyon görevlisine şikayette bulunmama rağmen gece 00:30'a kadar sürekli vızıldadılar. Berbattı. 6 saatlik sürüşten sonra dinlenmem gerekiyordu ama bu gürültü yüzünden gece yarısından sonra bile uyuyabildim... Hizmet ve misafirlerin ilgisinden tamamen hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Konaklamamın üzerinden 2 gün geçmesine rağmen otelin bakımda olduğuna dair herhangi bir bildirim yok. Dinlenmek isteyen konuklar için bu adil değil. Ve bir ek bilgi daha. Otel binasının yanındaki yeni binanın inşaat çalışmaları devam ediyor ve onlar da gece yarısına kadar ağır iş makineleriyle çalışıyorlar. Dinlenmek için yer arıyorsanız, alternatif bir yer aramanız daha iyi olur."
