"The hotel is old but the room is ok if you don’t have high pretentious. At the checkin there were 2 ladies; a filipino and a spanish that were continuously chatting, i find it very unprofessional. The hotel offers a good variety of food for bfast"

"Elegant B&B in a delightful medieval hilltop community over looking the Arno River with Florence city Center in the distance. Morning breakfast, including fresh local pastries, served graciously by our lovely hostess, Irene (speaks English and Italian). The New Years Eve fireworks from the terrance were spectacular! ++ it’s an easy walk (10 minutes)or Uber to the train into the city (20 minutes). Very relaxing."

"Renovated property with indoor parking. I didn't see an elevator, and the rooms are accessed via stairs. The rooms are fairly minimalist but have everything you need, except for something in the fridge. The windows do their job, considering there's a restaurant on the ground floor. The room's air conditioning is quite noisy and doesn't have adjustable speed. The cleanliness was good, and the bed, although rather soft, was still comfortable. I didn't try breakfast as it was served from 8:00 a.m. Overall, a good base, although the price isn't the most competitive."

"We stayed in two triple rooms and a double room and were very happy. We were welcomed with kindness at the arrival and we were offered a coffee immediately: a simple gesture but that really makes the difference; breakfast was excellent, abundant and with fresh products. The parking is also very comfortable, easy to access and near the building. A attention that we really appreciated. Thank you very much for your reception and willingness. We will certainly come back!"

"Otel Pİsa ya ve Siena bölgesine ulaşım için uygun konumda. Kahvaltı salonu ve içeriğini beğenmiştim. Sadece odalar biraz küçük ve eski eşyalı idi. Temizliği uygundu. Kahvalt salonundan görünen eski yapı evler çok güzeldi. Uygun fiyatlı denebilir."

"I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! It is located above the main square, thus requires some uphill walking, which in the August heat was formidable. However Yael went WAY beyond the call of duty, even going so far as to offer rides when possible. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in Italy. Then again, Yael asked me specifically what I wanted and tailored the breakfasts to me. Once again, she went way beyond the call of duty. She is one of the best hotelières I have ever met in Italy. 10 out of 10!"

"We paid a €25 surcharge for our little dog, which weighed just 2.5 kg. We hadn't been informed, and in any case, I later read on Booking that the fee was €20. The owner was arrogant and rude, immediately telling us, "If it's convenient for you, then so be it; otherwise, there you go." He told us that for every hour we were late for check-in, he'd charge an extra €20 to encourage people to "come on time." Breakfast was subpar, served in paper cups and with packaged supermarket products. In a city like Florence, there are definitely better options; choose wisely and be careful not to get ripped off!"

Only a few things that do not infect my positive judgment: in my room the hairdryer was defect, so much that I had to call the receptionist to adjust it, and yet it continued to work on a regular basis. You cushions a little hard, if I have to be honest, but this is a subjective sense, perhaps somebody likes it likes. Finally, I think a minibar would be duty, it is rare to find a structure that doesn't have it. In any case, I would reiterate that my opinion is fundamentally positive, and if I have the opportunity, I would like to come back."
