"Upon check in I was advised That the lift wasent working and would be like that for months The downstairs customer toilet was out of order as well Upon getting in to the room the aircon was very noisy and couldn’t Use it over night due to noise Reception staff were very dismissal of the issue Stating they have all just been serviced Very dismissive uncaring staff And seem to have better things to be doing then talking to customers"

Lots of lovely storage space across the whole property. Beautifully clean and cosy. Comfy 'kingsize' bed. Great bathroom! Wonderful host. The whole North Kent countryside in and around the Faversham area is great to explore. It has gardens, towns, the coast, wildlife (Stodmarsh is not too far away) and coastal bird reserves as well as being not far from Canterbury."
