"Resepsiyon görevlisinin sıcakkanlılığı ve yardımseverliği çok hoştu, nazik bir insandı. Banyo oldukça genişti, rahatça hareket edebiliyorsunuz. Tek eksikliği pencereyi açma imkanının olmamasıydı ve bu da önceki misafirlerin kokusunu solumak zorunda kalmanız anlamına geliyordu. Yerel otobüs 1,75 £ tutuyor ve her yarım saatte bir kalkıyor (çok fazla değil), ayrıca havaalanı servis otobüsü de 6,50 £ tutuyor ve her ikisi de saatte iki kez kalkıyor. Güzel ve sakin bir yer, ne yazık ki çevrede dükkan yok, ancak buna rağmen burayı yine de tavsiye ederim. Temizlik seviyesi kalmaya değer."

The room was basic, however despite the negatives it’s conveniently located, well priced and located close to Heathrow airport, only 10 minutes away, which was perfect."

"It’s a bit far from T5, misleading the name of hotel Holiday Inn Express T5. I expected it to be in the T5 building like the one at T4. Breakfast can be improved with more fruits and pastries. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working well. Could not achieve the set temperature below 20 deg C."

I went back to enquire on my next visit after 3 weeks and the manager said they will do a force refund from the accounts department but still my deposit is showing pending . Can you please release the deposit as it’s been 4 weeks since my stay"

"The hotel floor is not high, so the room is quite big. We are on the 3rd floor, but the room has a musty smell because the windows are sealed. The front desk was very polite and gave out chocolate lollipops when seeing children. If you're close to Heathrow, you'll encounter a lot of flight attendants. Judging by the familiarity of the front desk, it's a sure bet. But it's not convenient to eat around. The hotel's own restaurant is very good. If you take the initiative to give a card at the front desk, you can get a 30% discount. Highly recommended if you are going back to the city to catch a flight."

"Very old basic rooms stains on duvet cover.Basic accommodation and rooms nothing like that advertised on site.Definately need a car as I walked from train station with a bag.Reception staff friendly enough at check-in.Appears to have an in-house bar and Indian restaurant along with wedding venue for Indian wedding/party's. Would I stay again... Definitely not!"
