"I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service at the Grace Calypso Hotel. We checked in on 11/30/24. Check-in was great. But a few minutes after checking in, we went to the bathroom and discovered that there was no water. We checked at the reception, they told us that there was a problem and it was being fixed, it would be solved within an hour. We were just getting ready to go to the SPA and they told us that the SPA was open and we could relax there for now. When we arrived at the SPA, it turned out that there was no water in the shower either, and this is a question of hygiene. We managed to stay in the steam room and jacuzzi, after which we were asked to leave, since there was no water and the SPA was closing. We checked again at the reception, where they said that another hour and a half was needed. We were not ready to wait so long after the pool and jacuzzi without a shower, again a question of hygiene. We packed our things and got ready to leave. We went to the reception and asked for a refund, since not only were the services not provided, but we were also leaving dirty. The receptionist called someone on the phone and after the call said that they would not return our money, since we had a "non-refundable" rate. In a 4-star hotel, they left us dirty, did not provide the services we paid for, and even dragged out time. And if the water was not turned on at night, how would the issue with the toilet and shower be resolved? This hotel is now on my black list."
