"At the level of a 5 stars hotel, and deserve a 5 star review from travellers from France who stayed 5 nights there. Amazing service, efficient and friendly housekeepers, good morning breakfast buffet. Prime location near Hongkong road metro station (literally 1 min walk). Good location near Hankou railway station. From all the hotels i travelled, the Wuhan SGL gym is the best gym ever. fully equipped with machines, barbells, squat rack, a lot of dumbells, assisting machines, treadmill.. I've never seen a hotel gym so well equipped and for all the guys who like to exercise and workout, you wont get deception. Will 1000% come back for my next trip in Wuhan."

"Really nice and helpful people who did their best to look after us in the week we stayed. Accommodation was well equipped with washer/dryer to clean your clothes and kettle to make tea. Air conditioning worked fine. Only thing I can criticise was that it could have been cleaner, and that the sofas and chairs were not very comfortable. Beds were quite comfortable."

"We enjoyed the Yue restaurant and the wide variety of the breakfast buffet. But nothing compares to the service and hospitality exhibited by Elsa He at the front desk. She helped us with the room, breakfast and snacks. They should give her a raise and bonus as much as possible since she is a great brand ambassador."

"Another great stay at the New World Wuhan Hotel. It is centrally located. With the K11 outdoor mall right next door and the WS indoor shopping mall across the street, there are a lot of food options and things to do. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is terrific with many western food options. Just ask and they will do their utmost to accommodate your needs."

"Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future"

"Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!"

Yabancı olduğumuz için sıcak bir şekilde karşılandık ve personel, giriş işlemlerimizde yardımcı olmak veya mekan önermek/sorularımızı yanıtlamak için çeviri uygulamalarını kullanmakta hiç zorlanmadı. Çamaşırhane için saat 22:00 civarında çok geç bir saatte sorduk ama teyzemiz bize yardımcı oldu ve ayrılmadan önce bavulumuzu hazırlamamız için sabah 6'dan önce kapımıza bıraktı."

"Wow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed.
