Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

We enjoyed the Yue restaurant and the wide variety of the breakfast buffet. But nothing compares to the service and hospitality exhibited by Elsa He at the front desk. She helped us with the room, breakfast and snacks. They should give her a raise and bonus as much as possible since she is a great brand ambassador.

The hotel is fantastic, with all the facilities very spacious and with 6-star service. I commend the employee Cora Cheng for her attentive service and cordiality.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay at Fairmont Wuhan. My visit coincided with the Chinese Valentine's Day, and the room was beautifully decorated to mark the occasion. The thoughtful and meticulous preparation truly exceeded my expectations. I would like to specifically commend our butler, Rita, and the room attendant, Huang Lina. Rita's attentive and warm service made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Her professionalism and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. Similarly, Huang Lina's dedication to maintaining our room's cleanliness and order was impeccable, and her efforts in the special decoration made our celebration even more memorable. Their outstanding service and attention to detail made our stay exceptional. We are deeply grateful for their contributions and will fondly remember this experience. Business hotel on the outskirts of Wuhan. The hotel is at the Hongtu Road metro stop, so very convenient if you travel via metro. It is 5 metro stops from Hankou Railway Station. The hotel is near a park for morning exercise. There are very nice swimming pool facilities including locker rooms - I really enjoyed the pool. The towels/linen were clean, white, and freshened everyday. The breakfast buffet is outstanding - so many choices - the noodles are excellent. The hotel dinner buffet closes down at 9pm (not stated in the list of hotel timings), so go early or there won't be much left and the cleaners start to remove things. We had spectacular floor to ceiling windows with a view of the suburbs.

Wow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

We loved , once again , staying in a Hyatt regency. Like usual the hotel convinced with a nice room (& room upgrade for us), gym/pool/spa and a good choice of restaurants - the lunch buffet is fantastic. Last but not least we got a voucher for a free photoshooting with a photographer they work together. All in all a perfect weekend getaway.
