The stay was absolutely fantastic! The butlers KIKI and Yuki provided attentive and considerate support throughout, from check-in guidance to travel suggestions—exceptionally thorough. Manager Feng offered detailed and warm service with great enthusiasm. The lake-view room boasted a breathtaking panoramic view; opening the window revealed shimmering lake scenery right before our eyes. The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and well-maintained. The overall service experience was exceptional, with thoughtful attention to every detail. This place is perfect for a vacation—I’ve already recommended it to friends and will definitely return!
