Mirren hotel provides a comfortable stay in the city centre. Everything is very close from there and you can walk around easily. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sadly we had a room without a window. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and professional. It wiuld be great if the room had some slippers and a water heater. But we got hot water at the reception, problem solved! I will be back to Mirren hotel for my next visit to Yuxi.

We had a perfect stay in a simple, very convenient and warm hotel. The rooms are simple, clean, we had some view on the lake. It's located a few hundreds meters from the lake but it's not a problem. The streets is calm. A great value for the price. It's the staff who made our stay so great. They are all very friendly and helpful. The owner spoke very good English and that was really nice for us. Thanks to all of them !

這家酒店是新裝修的，設施都很新，衞生間是乾濕分離的，馬桶是智能的，床品也非常乾淨。 老闆人特別好，因為是淡季人比較少，帶我們看了大床和標間兩種房型，從衞生間的設計就能看出來設計上是有花心思的。大床房的衞生間淋浴和馬桶是在一起的，標間馬桶和淋雨是分開的，更適合注重私隱的朋友出行。 我們覺得大床房空間顯得大一些，還帶一點湖景，洗澡的熱水非常熱，燙水澡星人流下感動的淚水！ 早上看完日出回來還有熱騰騰的米線吃，口感滑溜肉臊子也很香，真的好好吃，來旅遊住這裏性價比真的很高，真心推薦！

這家店性價比比較高，前台小姐姐也超級好，房間還有個小陽台，房間也很乾凈，下次來還住這裏，床品也很舒服，度假區環境很好，空氣清新，房間設施設備齊全，周圍很安靜，晚上出來走走，有各種花花草草，很愜意

Located in a very nice small local Chinese neighborhood near the train station, 10 minutes ride by bus 9 for one Yuen, the bus stop is on the right outside the train station. It’s also at 5 minutes walk to the hot spring, 68 Yuen for 2hours soak in a private bath, bring your towels, the rest is provided No historical sites around to visit so it’s like a day off from your vacation :)) The locale are super nice, they are real locals not business men from other provinces like in many other places

Excellent hotel well located, walking distance to the old town, the bus stop to the train station, shops and not too far from the lake. Big room with all you might need, no bad smells nor too much noise. Recommended.

房間挺大的，有空調，設備都挺新的，裝修挺好的，配套的東西也齊全 服務態度也好！就是周邊吃飯不太方便，沒什麼餐飲店

Nice local hotel close to the lake. Spacious and comfortable room, but could be cleaner. However, the sheets and towels were fresh and smelled nice, which is the most important. Also, there was no strong cigarette smoke smell in the room, which is always great. The food at the hotel's restaurant was really tasty, recommended! The family running the hotel is very nice too.

We booked online a ”standard single room”, for two people. We were in a hurry so we didn't look carefully all the info online, we only saw that the room was 15 m². When we arrived, we realized that 1/ the room is much smaller than that (there's basically only room for the double bed, nothing else) 2/ the toilets and bathroom are shared. We are a couple travelling on a budget, so we're totally okay with shared bathrooms, but this one was really small and also smelly, so we asked to change for a better room, with private bathroom. This new room was fine, but in the end, we paid a total of 68 yuan, for a much more basic room than other rooms we slept in for lower prices. Apart from that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, directly next to a lot of shops and delicious street food.

1.門上沒有房間號，找半天找不到對應的房間；2.服務太差了，老闆很坑，大家注意避雷；3.莫名其妙讓取消訂單、讓加房費（實際上攜程上根本沒有那麼貴），體驗感很不好，不會再住第二次。
