Front desk service ambassadors are very helpful, attentive, and professional. 双双, 魏松玲, and colleagues did a very good job at recommending local eateries. The whole check in and check out are smooth. They even offer a complimentary fruit upon check in. The most impressive is they voluntarily provide warm bottled water when I drop by the front desk asking for directions. A very thoughtful gesture considering the cold and windy weather last night. The room is new and super clean. Towels are thick and bedding are comfortable. Definitely a great stay and highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice and clean with really good amount of Space. Must recommend this place for Stay

The lobby is magnificently decorated with exquisite embellishment to the extent almost every detail has been ornamented exclusively . sort of like stepping into a royal palace in a three dimensional world ! The Security guy at entrance by the main door impressed me by his kindness and heartwarming service. But one of the lady from front desk is awful and extremely terrible with her shitty attitude and service. But Big thumbs to the guy who willingly made a small cup of hot americano for me 👏🏻❤️

Blue horizon international Hotel is exceptionally clean, with well-maintained rooms and spotless facilities. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and pleasant experience.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel is new and clean. We've enjoyed our stay in general minus a few annoyances. The three things that came to mind were: 1. the room keys would randomly stop working and we had to keep asking for either new ones or reactivations; 2. The housekeeping did not replace our toilet paper when they were out; 3. the laundry facility did not function as it should, as the dryer would not properly dry our clothes. Just a few things to keep in mind. We would still book here again but would love for the hotel management to address the issues noted above.

recently stayed at this hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and inviting. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and the common areas were tidy and welcoming. Though there were a few minor areas for improvement—such as [insert if needed: soundproofing, Wi-Fi strength, or variety in amenities]—overall, I was very satisfied with the service and accommodations. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.
