"Has a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops.
Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches."

I went to Disneyland and the location was near from disneyland so just took the Grove bus (Disneyland Main Transportation Center 03/you need a ticket) and rode 1 stop. The counter officers were kind and also people in the same room were.

"El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona."

"처음 방에 불이 안 들어오고 냉장고도 차갑지 않았음. 이에 방을 바꾸고 싶어서 카운터로 감. 직원은 매우 친절했음. 두 번째로 바꾼 방은 문이 안 열림. 카운터에 다시 가서 직원에게 여쭈어보니 직접 오셔서 문을 열려고 시도했으나 그냥 방 키가 문제인건지 안 열림. 세 번째로 방을 바꿨는데 원래 처음에 들어갔던 방 보다 컨디션이 별로였음. 화장실이 무척이나 작았고 방 구조도 약간 달라짐. 방을 바꾸기 위해 짐을 들고 3층 1층 2층을 돌아다녔고 카운터에 긴 줄을 계속 기다림. 친구와 즐겁게 여행왔는데 기분 망치기 싫어서 그냥 마지막 세 번째 방에서 취침함. 직원들은 분명히 최선을 다했고 친절하셨음. 그냥 시설이 너무 문제임. 숙소가 디즈니 바로 옆이여수 오후 9시 쯤에 디즈니랜드 불꽃놀이 관람할 수 있음. 수영장이 있는 줄 몰랐는데 알았다면 수영복도 챙겨왔을 것임! 수영장 내에 팝콘 무제한으로 먹을 수 있었는데 아이들이 숙소 복도에 전부 흘리고 그냥 팝콘 파티를 열어서 제대로 걸어 다닐 수 없었음. 시설과 청결에 좀 더 힘쓰면 좋겠음. 나머지는 우수했음."

"酒店離迪士尼很近，晚上在房間也能看到煙花，地理位置確實還不錯的，選擇這家酒店是因為他們有洗衣房。前台的服務員都挺耐心和友好的，請注意這家酒店可能客房挺滿的，所以我們到達的時候2點50左右都不能提前入住的，必須等到3點才能拿房卡。另外房間設定挺舊的，浴室洗手盤上的燈是壞的。洗衣服的話，洗衣粉需要自己買，可以在小賣部拿了到前台結賬，2刀一小盒（一次洗衣服的分量）。洗衣房有2個洗衣機是壞的，所以早上洗衣服等了挺長時間。另外，早餐真的很難吃，種類很少。如果沒有洗衣服或者大家可以接受酒店付費的洗衣/乾衣服務，個人建議不要訂這家酒店。"

"We became Hyatt Member and still we had to call so many times for just 2 bottles of water.
Moreso, it’s been 20 days and still they have not released the security deposit. Everywhere we went in our USA trip, the security deposit was released the very same day of checkout. We called them so many times, they say that we have unblocked it but it still show pending in our credit card.
Then we saw many google reviews that this is a common problem of Hyatt Place at Anaheim.
We will try to avoid staying here the next time."

We stayed here during our Disneyland trip and found it to be a great choice for the occasion. The hotel is within walking distance to both Disneyland and Disney Downtown, which made getting around super convenient.
🍽️ The room was equipped with a microwave—a nice touch for quick meals or snacks. Everything else was quite standard, nothing fancy, but it had what we needed for a comfortable stay.
🛍️ There are pharmacies and other shops nearby, so essentials are easy to grab. If you're coming for Disney, this place is definitely worth considering.
👍 Overall: Simple, practical, and well-located for Disney-goers.

It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

YYukaaa26I had a special and wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed here for two nights for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a very friendly and kind hotel staff greeted me in Japanese and let me check in immediately. Moreover, they upgraded our room. On the first night, when I came back from Disney and entered the room, there was a paper bag and a letter. Inside was a Disney gift from the hotel. I was really moved and very happy. I didn't have time to thank the hotel staff in person, but I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

The original room I was given was by the exit door which kept slamming shut every time someone would come in and out and next to the elevator so you would hear the sound of it whenever someone would use it. I asked to be moved to another room and they happily obliged. That room’s setup was even better than the first. I had no problems after that. The room was perfect with kitchenette and all the accessories I needed to cook. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Our ac unit was not working and we were moved to a bigger room without any extra charges and the ac unit worked well and kept us cool which was a relief because the weather was in the 100s which is very unusual. The complaint I have is the hotel is a bit run down and one of the guest was smoking *** because you could smell it throughout the hallway. I would possibly stay at portofino again but it really needs a renovation staff is very friendly and helpful no complaint with staff!

On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
