"Hotel was great. Perfectly located 20 minute walk from disney. Breakfast was $17, but you got a lot of food."

"カリフォルニアディズニーのために利用しました。 ロケーションがとても良く、ディズニーまで徒歩10分〜15分なので0時までディズニーに滞在しても同じようにホテルに戻る人がたくさんいたので安心感がありました。 タオルも毎日交換され、コーヒーの補充やバスタブの髪の毛なども回収されており、その辺は良かったです。 ただ、シャワーの使い方にコツが入ります！ まず蛇口から水を出すのに温度調節のレバーを引っ張り出す必要があります！レバーを回すだけでは水は出ません！かなり力を必要とするので、濡れた手や石鹸のついた手では滑るので気をつけてください！ レバーを引き出したら下の蛇口から水が出るので、蛇口の上部分のつまみを引っ張り上げるとシャワーに切り替わります。温度調節はレバーを回してできますが、回しすぎると冷水に戻ったりするので調整してください。 また、シャワールームにゴキブリが1匹出ました。 シャワーの使い方もわからず、ゴキブリも退治できなかったのでフロントに電話して対応してもらいました。 メンテナンスを向かわすと言って、15分ほどしても誰も来なかったので結局フロントまで呼びに行きました。 フロントの人はすぐにメンテナンスに連絡入れてくれていたようですが、メンテナンスの人が毎回どこかに行っているのかすぐに来てくれません。ディズニー閉園まで遊んで、それから起こる部屋の問題に正直とても疲れました。私たちが色々とフロントに電話したからか、最終日にはお詫びの品としてクッキーが部屋に置いてありました😅 人が来るのに時間はかかりますがこちらから依頼すれば対応はしてくれるので、部屋に何も問題なければディズニーに徒歩圏内で行けて、清掃もされていて、寝るだけのホテルとして値段相応だと思います。"

"在景區，房間很寬敞，衞生一般。早餐選擇比較多。前台態度很冷，房間裏的電視遙控器不好用，打電話給前台，讓我下去換電池，我跑下去換了還是不好用，又打電話，工作人員來修好了。洗澡後發現沒有電吹風，打電話給前台，前台説要是找到多餘的就給我送過來，真的無語，三星酒店，電吹風應該是標配，怎麼變成有多餘的才給？我等到頭發乾了也沒有送來。 還好衹訂了一晚，後面的行程都轉到另外一個酒店了。"

"The hotel is well located within 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Resort. It’s not for those very particular about cleanliness though. The hotel tap water not sure why came out cloudy and the pot and pans doesn’t look very clean so ended up not using it at all. But was fine for a short stay."

"The hotel offers good value for money, with the only point of dissatisfaction being the breakfast, which is basically limited to snacks."

"처음 방에 불이 안 들어오고 냉장고도 차갑지 않았음. 이에 방을 바꾸고 싶어서 카운터로 감. 직원은 매우 친절했음. 두 번째로 바꾼 방은 문이 안 열림. 카운터에 다시 가서 직원에게 여쭈어보니 직접 오셔서 문을 열려고 시도했으나 그냥 방 키가 문제인건지 안 열림. 세 번째로 방을 바꿨는데 원래 처음에 들어갔던 방 보다 컨디션이 별로였음. 화장실이 무척이나 작았고 방 구조도 약간 달라짐. 방을 바꾸기 위해 짐을 들고 3층 1층 2층을 돌아다녔고 카운터에 긴 줄을 계속 기다림. 친구와 즐겁게 여행왔는데 기분 망치기 싫어서 그냥 마지막 세 번째 방에서 취침함. 직원들은 분명히 최선을 다했고 친절하셨음. 그냥 시설이 너무 문제임. 숙소가 디즈니 바로 옆이여수 오후 9시 쯤에 디즈니랜드 불꽃놀이 관람할 수 있음. 수영장이 있는 줄 몰랐는데 알았다면 수영복도 챙겨왔을 것임! 수영장 내에 팝콘 무제한으로 먹을 수 있었는데 아이들이 숙소 복도에 전부 흘리고 그냥 팝콘 파티를 열어서 제대로 걸어 다닐 수 없었음. 시설과 청결에 좀 더 힘쓰면 좋겠음. 나머지는 우수했음."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"ディズニーから徒歩10分かからないぐらいで便利でした。 部屋も清潔感があり困ることはなかったです。 コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジ、ドライヤーはありました。 シャンプー、トリートメントは備え付けがありましたがボディーソープはなかったです。（トリートメントが2つあったのでミス？の可能性もあり） 固形石鹸があったので手洗いと兼用なのかもしれません。 シャワーは固定。夜中と朝でお湯の温度が違います。 夜中に入るとMAXまで温度を上げてもぬるいです。 フロントの方も親切でわからない英語があると翻訳を使って説明してくれました。 朝8:00頃に到着しましたがチェックインしてもらえました。"

"The location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me. If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access. Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄 No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room."
