"There was absolutely no service awareness; the service was nonexistent. First, after checking in, we went swimming, and the front desk told us that there were too many people that day and there were no lockers available. They told me, a woman, to change my clothes and belongings, come out and give them to my husband, and then put them in the men's area. When we left, I had to go back to the men's area to ask for them to leave. It was ridiculous. I also had a 2-year-old child with me, and the front desk didn't even consider my inconvenience. Secondly, before checking in, I had already communicated with the hotel in advance that I was bringing a 2-year-old child, but they hadn't prepared a bathrobe and slippers for the child. I had to call and tell them again. Thirdly, the hotel did not provide disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bathtub covers. After inquiring at the front desk, I had to go downstairs to scan a QR code and purchase them from a self-service machine. After paying, the machine wouldn't dispense the items, and I had to wait for staff to retrieve them with the key. Fourthly, the next day at breakfast, they said our room only had one breakfast. I said I had purchased two on the platform, but they only found one. I mentioned I had a voucher code, but they said only QR codes could be used, not voucher numbers for redemption. Around 10:30, I had to pay an extra 70 yuan for breakfast before I could finally eat. It was truly speechless. The rice noodles were also terrible. A very poor Pullman hotel with zero service."
