Konumu çok iyi. Otel kapısının tam karşısında bir saatçi var. Printemps'e, Galeries Lafayette'e ve Louvre Müzesi'ne yürüyerek on beş dakikadan kısa mesafede. Batıda bir Walmart City süpermarket, güneyde ise karşıya geçince iki kez yemek yediğim bir Hunan restoranı bulunuyor. Daha doğuya doğru, ilk kavşağı geçince Opera metro istasyonu var. Ayrıca tadı güzel bir Sichuan restoranı daha vardı. Otel kahvaltısında karidesli mantı, beyaz pirinç ve miso çorbası vardı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlıydı.

Otel harikaydı, konumu güzel ve hizmeti iyiydi. Özellikle manzarası muhteşemdi. Tüm turistlere tavsiye ederim.

A Truly Homely and Unforgettable Stay in Paris From the moment I arrived—very late at night—I was warmly welcomed by Flo, whose genuine smile instantly made me feel at home. He offered me water, helped with the check-in, and personally walked me through the hotel’s facilities. He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories. The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease. My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

I stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter. The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.

De hotelkamer was luxe en de accommodatie was top. De service was erg goed! Het personeel was aardig en gastvrij. Het hotel is centraal gelegen en de hotspots zijn te voet bereikbaar.
