He offered me water, helped with the check-in, and personally walked me through the hotel’s facilities. He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories. The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease. "Fomos muito bem recepcionadas no check-in, apesar de não falarmos o idioma, a recepcionista entendeu perfeitamente o nosso espanhol enrolado 😁 café da manhã excepcional, localizado muito próximo a vários tipos de transporte público. Quarto com tamanho suficiente para o que precisávamos, cama super confortável e não ouvimos sequer barulho externo. O restaurante do hotel é espetacular e o atendimento excelente."

"Konum biraz uzak ve toplu taşıma araçlarına çok yakın değil. Yakındaki otoparklarda park etmek son derece pahalı, günlük 48 euro. Çalışma saatleri dışında cadde üzerindeki park yerleri çok daha ucuz, ancak ödeme makineleri bozuk ve çevrimiçi ödeme araçları kullanıldığında fiyatlar değişiyor."

"The hotel was beautiful, great location, room More specious than regular Paris rooms… everything seemed recently renovated and service was great. Easy to walk around to nice cafes, restaurants and even to the center…I would totally stay there again. I did not use any amenities but the breakfast was good and also there are many bakeries around if you are not feeling like having a buffet …"

"Die Lage des Hotels super zentral & trotzdem ruhig (Zimmer Richtung Innenhof). Das Hotel selbst ist sehr charmant & die Zimmer modern inkl. bequemen Bett. Der Spa-Bereich, den man für 50 min. exklusiv für sich beanspruchen darf ist zwar klein, jedoch sehr sauber & äusserst charmant. Das Frühstückbuffet ist überschaubar & der Service leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. Bei 20.- Euro pro Frühstück lag die Erwartung höher."

"酒店距離凱旋門近在咫尺！地理位置好！交通便利！搭地鐵各種方便！附近也有各種超市飯館！酒店很新，前台一位辦理入住的小姐姐非常nice，主動熱情友善好評！房間比較mini，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全！如果箱子多且尺寸大，建議訂大一點的房型，我訂的房型兩個28寸的箱子放着比較困難，要邁來邁去，出門為了方便打掃房間都得把箱子合上，但是小房間越住越温馨，動線很短很方便！就衝著這凱旋門邊上的地理位置下次還來！"

"Otel, Paris'in Marais semtinde mükemmel bir konuma sahip olup, güzel bir çevrede yer almaktadır ve birçok turistik yere kısa bir yürüyüşle ulaşılabilir. Odamız Executive Oda olarak sunulmuştu, ancak beklentilerimizi tam olarak karşılamadı. Klasik veya Superior diyebilirim. Personel çok güler yüzlüydü ve konaklamamız boyunca her ihtiyacımız olduğunda bize yardımcı oldu."
