"Balina köpekbalıklarını izledikten sonra saat 12:00'de otele vardık. Bize ücretsiz oda yükseltmesi verdiler. Otelin ortak alanları çok güzeldi! Odamızdan da çok memnun kaldık! Bitkilerin arasında, küvetli banyo, resimlerdeki gibiydi ve çok temizdi. Senggigi'deyseniz, burası çok iyi ve uygun fiyatlı bir otel! Şiddetle tavsiye ederim!"

"The place was so nice and clean! I accidentally left the key to my motorbike in the parking lot, and the security staff kept it safe for me — really appreciate their honesty. Everyone here is always smiling and welcoming, which made my stay even better. Too bad I could only stay for one night, but I’ll definitely be back to enjoy the pool and spa next time. Highly recommend!"

"Otelin konumu çok iyi. Odalar ve evler de çok güzel. Tek olumsuz yanı berbat personel. Müşteri odaklı değiller ve otel iyi bir hizmet kalitesi sunmuyor. Otele vardığımız ilk gün onlarla Gili Adası turu rezervasyonu yaptırdık. Otelden rezervasyon yaptırırken yüksek hizmet kalitesi bekliyorsunuz ama bu şimdiye kadar gittiğim en kötü geziydi! Öncelikle söz verdikleri şeyleri sağlamak istemediler - şnorkelli yüzme ekipmanı yok, havlu yok. Bütün gün su vermediler ve tekne berbattı - suya atlayıp şnorkelli yüzme yaptıktan sonra geri dönmek için merdiven yoktu. Merdiven olmadan kendi başıma ulaşamadığım için eşim beni tekneden çıkarmak zorunda kaldı. 3 adadan sadece 1'ini gördük. İlk adaya geldiğimizde çok büyük bir kuş üzümü olduğunu söylediler ve Gili Travangan'da biraz yürümek yerine bizi dışarı almadılar. Sadece Gili menüsü gördük. Son adada da bol kuş üzümü vardı ama onu göremedik. İlk adaya yürüyüşe çıkmamızı istediklerinde ek ücret talep ettiler. Sonrasında bize indirimli fiyatla şelale gezisi teklif ettiler, ancak sonunda şelalelere götürüldüğümüzde rehber ve giriş için ek ücret ödememiz gerekti. Sonuç olarak şunu söyleyebilirim: Sürekli hile yaptıkları için onlarla hiçbir gezi rezervasyonu yapmayın. Otelde masaj da zayıf. Ayrıca sık sık odamıza hamam böcekleri geliyor. Sonuç olarak bu otel ziyaretinden sonra pek de iyi bir tat almadık. Fotoğrafta, gezilerden sorumlu olan ve turistler adına hile yapan kişiyi de ekledik."

"The basics are there, but with a lot of room for improvements. The rooms soundproofing are awful. We can hear the neighbours shower. We can hear the ambience music in the corridor (btw, whose idea is it to play LOUD ambience music in the corridor?). We can hear the people who are hear for a corporate event. The breakfast was decent for the price paid. The shower took a while to heat up. And no tissues were provided. The only thing we commend is the international socket that came in real handy. Overall an average stay."

"Havalimanından indikten sonra 350 rupiye ha taksiler istiyorlar ancak bu çok pahalı bunun yerine belli bir mesafe yürüdükten sonra gojek grap veya maxim ile gidilmesi lazım. Otelin konumu güzel doğrudan sahile olanağı yok ama bir yoldan geçip ulaşabiliyorsunuz ne yazık ki sadece oteldekilere ait değil başkalarına girip gelebiliyor. Otelin içindeki yüzme havuzu ***et güzel ve temiz sabah kahvaltısı muhteşem açık menü istediğiniz kadar yiyebilirsiniz klimalarla alakalı soğutmuyor eğer klimanız bozuksa hemen başka odaya geçmek isteyin odaya gönderilen menüler güzel değil ve çok pahalı onun yerine dışarıdan hazır yemeklerinizi alıp içerideki kettle'da su ısıtıp ucuza yemek yiyebilirsiniz kendiniz. Yine otelin içinde de çok güzel etrafında fotoğraf çekilecek yerler var gidilip orada 5 günlük kalınabilir"

"I stayed here for one night with my partner and we had a lovely time. The room was spacious and so clean. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had so much choice. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was really tasty. The mini gym is great for a quick workout and I recommend going to the rooftop pool for sunset as you can see the most beautiful views from all around. Very happy with the price and service overall."

"We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better."
