"Very nice hotel, not far from Kandy's city center. We actually walked into town one day along the 2 lane winding road. The pool is very nice, there is a weight room to work out and a spa if you want a massage. Its very peaceful, has a nice view of nature and a nice little bar with some quality cocktails. If you are going to Kandy and you don't mind being a bit outside the city, this is a real good spot. I would post more pictures, but the site limits the size and its a lot of effort to shrink a photo just post it here."

"The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The location is very close to downtown but up a hill so very very quiet. The food is good, EXCEPT the mutton biryani. Don't order the Mutton Biryani it was just tough fatty meat that you couldn't chew unless you want to feel like you're chewing on an old piece of gum."

"The hotel hasn't done any maintenance in the rooms in years. Our room smelled like mold, and humidity. The shower kept changing temperature, sign of a bad water heater, and had sewage smell coming from the drainage. On our first night, the light switch in the bathroom started smoking and doing sparks everywhere - if we hadn't been there to call the reception right away, it would have been a severe fire hazard. The location is quite good as it is right on the lake, and Is a nice walk in the morning. The cleaners woke us up at 6.30 AM because they were slamming doors and screaming. I think this hotel is a 3star and not 4"

"Hotel Suisse carries a colonial charm that takes you back in time. The food is good, offering a fair range of choices. However, the dining experience was slightly marred by some worn napkins. The air conditioning in our room was a bit loud, but it didn't keep us from having a comfortable stay. I might look into other hotels in the area next time to experience something different."

"Оставались на одну ночь, приехали в 8 примерно, до 9 работают стойка регистрации, помогли отнести все сумки, с виду кажется отель новым, ещё где-то красят, где-то что-то доделывают , бассейн был совершенно пустой, мы купались одни и было ощущение, что это вся наша вилла, заказали рис с овощами, был вкусный и огромная порция, проживанием остались довольны, был кондиционер, вентилятор, чай, кофе, целый кулер воды, шампунь"

"Прекрасный отель, классный номер - брали делюкс с видом на горы ) Персонал очень доброжелательный, приветливый, завтраки шикарные 😊 На крыше бассейн с фантастическими рассветами и закатами 😍 Так же на крыше есть бар с нереальными видами) Отель находится на возвышенности, брали всегда такси и все ок, до центра не далеко."

"Хороший, чистый, новый гостевой дом! Есть своя парковка, что важно было для нас. Вид с балкона шикарный! Хозяева очень дружелюбные и гостеприимные. Постель хорошая, кровать удобная. Рекомендую"

"Lovely view and soft, comfortable beds to sleep in for the night. The single, only problem I had was the waiter at the restaurant kept asking me, “are you okay, is everything good?” literally every 2 minutes. After saying “yes, thank you” multiple times, he stands there and starts a conversation, and once, just stands there and looks at me. The only thing I want to do is eat my food in peace. Lastly, after the only thing he brought me was a cappuccino (as it was a buffet so I fetch my own food), I gave a 1000 lkr tip. He was visibly upset with this and his over-friendliness completely disappeared. I didn’t dare to go back to the restaurant after this. Food was good, however!"
