Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future.

The location was great considering it is only 20 mins from the airport and near the famous Bo Phut/Fisherman's shopping street (walking distance). However, the whole stay experience was average. We were given the ground floor having paid the more expensive price for the sea view. The heater wasn't functioning on the first day (they later fixed it). There were mosquitoes inside the room which I had quite a few bites from them on my face. The room's lighting was quite dark. The layout is not to my liking (there is no door to the bathroom, so the aircon temp affects the bathroom). The cleaner did not change our bathroom floor mat for 3 nights, and the cleaner only changed our bath towels once (we stayed for 3 nights). Overall, it was not satisfactory considering the price we paid and this is actually a 5-star hotel.

Odaların fotoğraflarına baktığımda (rezervasyon sırasında) odanın konumunu anlayamadığım gibi havuzun mahremiyetini de anlayamadım. Havuz sadece bizim mi olacak yoksa başka bir villadan gelen misafirlerle mi paylaşılacak? Hatta Google Haritalar'da etrafa baktım ama yine de tam olarak anlamadım. Varışta, bu villanın aralarında bir yüzme havuzunun (küçük değil ama orta büyüklükte) bulunduğu iki ayrı evden oluşması beni çok şaşırttı. Evlerden biri ayrı girişleri ve ayrı banyoları olan iki yatak odasından, diğer ev ise büyük bir oturma odası, yemek odası, mutfak ve yatak odası + 2 banyodan oluşmaktadır. Görkemli! Başka bir veranda. Eksileri arasında: Wi-Fi çok kararlı değil, TV kara kara düşünüyor. Hepsi bu. Klimalar da istediğimiz kadar çabuk soğumuyor ama bu bina tasarımının hatası. Tek ahşaptan yapılmış devasa bir camlama alanı. Gelecekte çift camlı pencereli normal alüminyum yapılar kurarsak, klimalardan daha iyi bir etki elde etmek + elektrikten tasarruf etmek ve ses yalıtımını iyileştirmek mümkün olacaktır. Ancak klimalar işlerini oldukça iyi yapıyorlar. Neredeyse her zaman sessizdi. Genel olarak her şey yolunda. Burası karşılığı değer. Sahibi Lana çok dost canlısı ve mükemmel Rusça konuşuyor.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) From the moment we arrived at Marasca, we knew we were in for something special. The resort is very well-secured at the entrance, giving us peace of mind right away. The front office team was simply superb—friendly, efficient, and attentive in just the right way. Our porter was quick to assist with our luggage, no fuss, no wait—just seamless service. Although early check-in wasn’t available when we arrived, the hotel’s app made all the difference. Through the app, we could explore the resort, make requests, and track our room status. Eventually, we received a notification that our room was ready—such a convenient system! The room itself? Immaculate! Spotless and thoughtfully designed with a massive bed, a sparkling clean shower area, a cozy separate seating space, and an automated toilet that lifts the cover for you. No-touch toilet seat? That’s a huge bonus! We were also greeted with a delightful welcome basket in the room, packed with special drinks, snacks, and even a handwritten postcard by the General Manager. It was such a warm and personal touch—it’s hard not to fall in love with the place instantly. We did try the spa, and while it’s on the pricier side, the service and facilities were absolutely worth every penny—top-notch from start to finish. Cabanas, the beach club at Marasca, is another highlight. Ultra-chilled vibes, beautifully designed with lush greenery, comfy furniture, and a view that opens right up to Chaweng Beach. It was the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast? Impressive. A great mix of Western and Asian dishes, plus a healthy spread of salads, pastries, yogurt, juices, and smoothies. The little touches like free healthy shots in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon truly made our stay even more enjoyable! Marasca also offers daily activities for guests, so you’ll never run out of things to do. To sum it all up: this is, hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Huge shoutout to the amazing team—Mo, Tony, Ja, Chet, Jenny, Puppup, Andy, Pui, Golf, and the rest whose names I can’t recall. Your teamwork and hospitality were unforgettable. From the moment we arrived at the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui, the staffs greeted us offering cold towels and refreshing drinks as we admired the stunning view by the lobby. The hospitality was genuine and consistent throughout our stay—attentive but never intrusive. 
Our room was spectacular and the view by our balcony were just beautiful. Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The room was thoughtfully laid out with plush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let the natural beauty shine in. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and indulgent. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or the concierge, everyone went above and beyond with a smile. Even small requests were handled quickly and with care. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We enjoyed every meal at the on-site restaurant, which offered a mix of local specialties and international favorites. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every palate. The hotel offers everything you need to relax and enjoy. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful, the spa is serene and expertly run, and the lounge spaces are inviting and stylish. Fast Wi-Fi, great fitness facilities, and excellent room service rounded out the experience. The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui is the kind of place to remember long after you've checked out. My recent stay at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived on the private island, I was enveloped in a world of luxury, tranquility, and unparalleled beauty. The resort’s location is simply breathtaking. Situated on a secluded island off the coast of Koh Samui, Cape Fahn offers a level of privacy and exclusivity that is unmatched. Accessible only by boat, the journey to the island sets the tone for an unforgettable escape from the ordinary. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff’s attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful gestures that made me feel like a valued guest. My villa exceeded all expectations. Perched on the edge of the azure sea, it offered panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The interior design was elegant and refined, with every amenity imaginable to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The private infinity pool and spacious terrace provided the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation. Dining at Cape Fahn was a culinary delight. The resort’s restaurants served a variety of gourmet dishes inspired by local flavors, each prepared with precision and creativity. Whether enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars or a leisurely lunch by the pool, every meal was a feast for the senses. The resort’s facilities were equally impressive. From the infinity-edge swimming pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there was no shortage of ways to unwind and rejuvenate. I particularly enjoyed the spa, where I indulged in a blissful massage overlooking the ocean, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, my experience at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, surpassed all expectations. It’s a sanctuary of luxury and serenity, where every moment is cherished and every need is anticipated. Very nice stay, the hotel is off the beaten path, with very small private beach. 10 minutes walk to lamai beach. Very clean and beautiful room, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Nice pools. The breakfast was good, with both buffet and a la carte, quick service. Staff was lovely. The food was not really an highlight tho, would recommend going to the small town.

Garrya Tonsay Bay was a beautiful and peaceful oasis on Koh Samui! We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the variety of included activities, from morning yoga and Muay Thai to circuit classes, paddle boarding, and snorkeling—all very well organized. The restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed the ”Taste of Northern Thailand” dinner, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. The staff was amazing, incredibly friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

Saat 4'te ücretsiz bir barmenlik etkinliği var ve neredeyse herkes bir şeyler içiyor. Arabayla seyahat edebileceğiniz Carlton gibi büyük bir tatil köyüne kıyasla, bol bitki örtüsüne sahip bu küçük otel, yürüyüş yapabileceğiniz daha konforludur.
