"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (from August 6 to 8). We really liked the hotel. The advantages we noted were the following:
1). A wonderful rooftop pool. We were especially impressed by the mountain views
2). Large clean rooms. You can see a piece of the sea
3). Good breakfast. There are soups, meat, omelettes, fruits and coffee. Only during our stay there was no regular milk. Only condensed
4). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. There are palm trees near the beach that create shade. And you can lie in the shade
5). Excellent massage. We booked the hotel for only 2 nights, since our main hotel was occupied. But when we moved, we continued to go for massages at the Grand Tourane
Overall, we highly recommend it for accommodation"

"Had booked another hotel close to Melia, which didn't like at all, and started searching for another one, thankfully was lucky to go in and ask the staff to the reception of Melia, which by the way were very polite, helpful, professional service,
I could understand that am going to have a perfect 8 days stay at this amazing place just by taking to the staff members, and didn't disappointed a bit
The rooms are perfect, spacious enough, very good service, very clean, just how a 5 star hotel should be
Visited the Spa, I think around 5 times..
The prices are similar with around the city, but the facilities are ten times better, and the best service i had ever experienced from the host , Kim and the therapist Duyen, ( hope got right the names 😀)
Overall , was just a joy and very relaxing with very good memories at this property, definitely will try this brand another places as well

"The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!"

We stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang and honestly, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything here was simply perfect, from start to finish.
The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel like cherished guests every single day. The beach is breathtaking: soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels always available. Truly a dream setting.
Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh white linen and a super comfortable mattress. Housekeeping did an amazing job. And the view from our balcony… just wow. I could have stayed there for hours just admiring the peaceful beauty of the sea.
The pool area is another highlight — the water is pleasantly warm and incredibly clean, with no harsh smell of chlorine. Everything feels thoughtfully maintained and elegant.
We didn’t want to leave — and we’d come back a thousand times over. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious beach getaway with top-notch service."

"I had a fantastic experience at The Iconic Hotel! The property is new, tastefully designed, modern, and impeccably clean, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. The facilities were top-notch, and my room was spacious, stylish, and well-appointed with excellent amenities. I’d definitely recommend staying here. The only improvements I’d suggest is to open the area of the sauna as it was always closed and also to keeping the pool open later than 6 PM."

MMisafir KullanıcıI am still in Nha Trang. I booked 4 hotels for total 8 nights in Nha Trang. Novotel was the third hotel I stayed. Currently I am staying at the fourth. Of those four hotels I stayed (or staying), Novotel is the hotel I would visit again in the future. It isn’t the most expensive hotel of the four. But in terms of the benefit/cost ratio, Novotel comes the first.
1. Location is great. It’s located at the heart of Nha Trang, right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants near by.
2. Hotel has several parasols and chairs on the beach. They are free for the guests. Very convenient.
3. The staffs are great. Someone stole my passport right after check-in. I visited a massage shop before my room gets ready. And massager stole it while I was lying face down. (The massage shop was recommended by a hair cut shop right across the street. Be careful.) Of course I was mentally shaken. But the staffs were so helpful. They were concerned about my situation, and didn’t hesitate to lend me helping hands. They even proactively prepared some documents, in case I come across unforeseen situations. This sort of considerate gestures helped me calm down. This was a classy service. Also I can sense they shared my information to see they were so ready.
I stayed at a cheaper hotel before Novotel. It had a bigger and newer building. These are what I experienced. It took three phone calls and three staff visits over two hours to open a safe that was locked from the beginning. And so many group tours. I was constantly surprised by their loud voices during the breakfasts. I even saw 5-6 shirtless young men sitting in front of the hotel chatting. No one stopped them. I was shocked. And those attitudes of front-desk staffs…. Don’t get fooled by photos.
There was one person I wanted to thank before I leave Novotel. But he wasn’t on duty….
And yes, it was strictly massage. What are you thinking?

MMarkKiwiYeni bir otel - Müdür Temmuz 2024'te açılacağını söyledi. Esasen çok sorunsuz bir konaklama ve hiçbir sorun yoktu. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect.
Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always.
Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay.
Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish.
Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room…..
Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang.

NNBKThe hotel enjoys an excellent location right by the coast. Nearby, you'll find Vincom shopping mall, Starbucks, and local coffee shops, making exploring and traveling very convenient. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, namely Annie is the best, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, there are a few downsides. The bathroom design, specifically the shower curtain, causes water to spill all over the floor after showering, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel has limited beach chairs, so you might not find any. The breakfast options are relatively limited and often crowded.

TTravel every yearA tropical island brimming with summer vibes, equipped with ample facilities for water activities, three pool areas, and a pristine beach with clear seawater and fine sand. I booked a sea-view room, stepping out directly to a Jacuzzi with stunning views. The island staff’s service was exceptional, particularly the Spa and Room Service. When I got injured during water activities, they provided plenty of wound dressings and even soothing cream for my sunburn. The restaurant food was fine, and dining by the pool or beach was relaxing and delightful. Overall, it was a heartwarming and value-for-money island getaway experience—highly recommended!

IIlonaVBu otelin kahvaltılarından gerçekten keyif aldım. Her türlü övgünün ötesinde. Bol meyve, salata, açık büfe. Oda eski ve tozlu. Yerler tam yıkanmamış, köşelerde toz var. Ama her gün temizlik yapıyorlar. Yatak çarşafları çok yumuşak ve temiz. Odanın zorlukla açılan küçük bir penceresi var ve oksijen yok. Su veriyorlar, çay veriyorlar, kahve veriyorlar. İkinci satırdaki konum. Denize 10 dakika. Bilardo, yüzme havuzu, spor salonu. Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!

MMisafir KullanıcıIf you’re on a budget this hotel is good! It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main stretch / beach / shopping mall etc We were on the 5th level (room 508) & can see partial Seaview. We then moved to room 512 which has street view. Outside is a convenient store for the basics - water, junk foods etc they only take cash. A few coffee- tea places 1-2 minutes walk from hotel. We booked the deluxe room it’s quite spacious. Bathroom is big only downer is the drainage is bad after shower or bath it floods the bathroom area. There’s a desk space with chair & small kitchenette with kettle etc. There’s a small cooler fridge but it wasn’t working in our room. Aircon worked well. Housekeeping daily to refresh towels etc.
The receptionist Ly & Minh were very helpful with a smile all the time! ☺️ Reception is 24/7.
Breakfast from 6am-9:30 am good range , not much European style breakfast unless you’re ok with fruit, vegetables, toast with hot beverages. There is an egg station where you can have your eggs cooked fresh your way.
Taxi via Grab APP is real quick from outside the hotel. Some wear & tear in room apart from that it’s good.

치치통엔바카스Bu benim en sevdiğim konaklama yeri. Benim gibi ankastre çamaşır makinesini uzun süre kullananlar için birebir. Nha Trang'da kıyafetlerinizi çamaşırhaneye götürdüğünüzde beyaz kıyafetlerinizin çoğu sararmış olarak geri çıkıyor ancak bunları kendiniz yıkayabilirsiniz, o yüzden tavsiye ederim. Manzarası söylemeye gerek yok ve personelin güleryüzlülüğü birinci sınıf. Ancak motosiklet kiralıyorsanız başka bir yere park etmeniz ruh sağlığınız açısından daha iyidir. Günde 30.000 dong karşılığında sınırsız gidip gelebiliyorsunuz ama iletişim kuramadıkları için benden önce 5.000 dong sonra tekrar 25.000 dong ödememi istediler. 30.000 dong ödememi istediklerinde tekrar ödeme yapmamı söylediler. Çok fazla değildi ama biraz stresliydi. Lütfen aklınızda bulundurun.
