"We went for dinner at The Manor Grill as a group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 children). The menu was great and suited everyone with some tailored fish dishes. The portions are very generous with international flavors; The lamb was excellent, sardines a real treat, the steak was delicious and tender and the children’s meals suited each age. The gardens were an ideal setting to enjoy a great meal."

"I'm often underwhelmed by ploughman's lunches but not at The Badger Inn. Really decent portions of cheese and ham, bread, coleslaw and apple etc. We ate outside at lunchtime and didn't eat again for the rest of the day!. My son had the crab sandwich and was also impressed. Really interesting to read that Virgina Woolf visited the area and stayed at the inn over a hundred years ago."

Angela and Olivier were excellent hosts and gave us lots of helpful information about St Ives and the surrounding area in terms of places to visit, restaurants and cafes to try and general cultural life of the area. Plus, the breakfasts were truly amazing!"
