"The self check in was quite simple, and they had our room ready before the original check-in time. The room was very clean, staff are not always present but they are friendly and helpful. Really close to a bus station that has direct bus to Beamish Museum, and walking distance to Aldi, Asda, and some fast food/takeaway nearby. Really good for non-driving people visiting Beamish Museum. The walls may be thin and could occassionally hear sounds from other room, but it's an overall good experience."
