We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and honestly, it was one of the best places we stayed at during our trip to China. Everything was spotless, so clean, fresh, and pleasantly scented. The modern design is tasteful and well thought out, and it feels like every detail was considered. The rooms are spacious, the bed is incredibly comfortable with crisp, clean linens, and there’s even a huge projector screen on the wall. One entire side of the room is a window, flooding the space with natural light. Simply perfect! The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. While they don’t speak English, communication was very easy through a translation app. In short, this hotel is a dream. We highly, highly recommend it. You won’t regret staying here!

We highly recommend this hotel. When we first arrived we were greeted by whom I presume to be the owner of the hotel. He helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room personally. Understanding that we know limited Chinese, he took the time to slowly show us the features of the room - including an automated voice command tool and a projector for watching movies. He also learned we have an early check out and spent time using WeChat to share places where we can find breakfast early in the morning. As for the hotel room itself, it's specious, modern, and well equipped. The facilities are modern and very well-kept. The location is perfect for us - it's a short 5 minute walk from the main tourist area of Dali Old Town - this means the area had more locals, quieter, and more authentic. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time we visit Dali. 

The hotel offers very good hosts who go the extra mile to assist, stunning views from the rooms, and excellent amenities, making for an overall wonderful stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a truly wonderful stay at Dali Spirited Away Panoramic Sea View Guesthouse. The caretaker/manager was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the start. I’m especially thankful for his help in contacting my DiDi driver to retrieve my mobile phone that I accidentally left in the car — his assistance really went above and beyond. The room was great — clean, comfortable, and well maintained — and the panoramic Erhai Lake view was absolutely stunning, making the stay even more special. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a highlight of my trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dali. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great views and excellent hospitality!

離大理古城及洱海有點遠。周圍餐飲、購物不太方便。酒店服務還不錯。衞生狀況不錯。房間設計也比較時尚。智能座便器比較好用。停車就在房前屋後，空間較狹窄，容易剮蹭。進出道路本身就不寬闊，兩邊都停了車，中央衹有一條狹窄的通道，非常容易剮蹭。

我是獨自來大理旅行滴～住了好幾天 ✅ 白族三道茶暖心體驗 老闆娘特別熱情，晚上給煮了地道的白族三道茶，入口回甘，好多配料，一下子就感受到了大理的煙火氣。 ✅ 衞生&空間滿分 房間打掃得很乾凈，住起來特別安心。空間也很大，一個人住寬敞又舒服，完全沒有壓抑感。 ✅ 治癒系小院 民宿裏的小狗特別親人，院子裏的佈置很有氛圍感，喝茶發呆都很愜意。 ✅ 絕佳地理位置 離古城不遠，騎電驢十來分鐘到達，這就讓民宿很安靜。晚上睡覺特別安穩，完全沒有噪音。去逛了北門菜市場還買了很多稀奇古怪的水果

Super cute and social (more so if you can speak a little Chinese) with lots of space to meet people and hang out! Many people seem to be staying for a long time so it feels like a little family ＜3 The guys at the front desk were great and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Bu otelde harika bir konaklama geçirdim! Arabayla ulaşım inanılmaz derecede kolaydı, bu da varışımızı stressiz hale getirdi. Ev sahibi olağanüstü yardımseverdi ve oteli bulmamızda bize yardımcı olmak için elinden gelenin fazlasını yaptı. Hatta erken giriş ayarladı, bu da hoş bir dokunuştu. Otelin misafirperverliğinden gerçekten etkilendik. Üstelik uygun fiyatlı e-bisiklet kiralama hizmeti sundular, bu da bölgeyi keşfetmeyi kolaylaştırdı. Gerçekten harika bir deneyim yaşadık ve bu oteli rahat ve konforlu bir konaklama arayan herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederiz!

We rented the Garden Deluxe Room, with a mountain view. We find the description and pictures were accurately advertised, and the service was impeccable. We were very pleased with our rental, as it was private, clean and orderly. The hotel is conveniently located within the Dali Ancient Town, close to Biai Road and Renmin Road intersection (see picture of map). The morning and night views from the terrace were stunning. The Dali Ancient Town is as lively as you would imagine, with tons of food and shopping options. Our experience in Dali was awesome, with it's majestic mountains, beautiful lake, vibrant towns and peaceful villages. However, the best part of this stay was our interactions with the hotel owners, who are a lovely couple. They are good people - very kind, helpful and approachable. Although we had to use an English to Mandarin translation app for most of our conversations, they were patient and made recommendations that we really enjoyed. They helped us book a tour of Erhai Lake and we had a wonderful time sightseeing with the bus tour company (highly recommended if you don't know where to start exploring). We also took their scooter bike to explore the Three Pagodas on our own and drove around the lake afterwards. Please consider renting their scooter bike, as it was super fun and the price is very affordable. As language is a barrier for us, they not only helped us book our ride to Lijiang, but they also gave us a hotel recommendation, which their son runs. To us, they are very trustworthy, so we're sure we will have another pleasant stay in Lijiang. After all, it's not how clean the hotel is, or how beautiful the surroundings are, it's the people we meet along the way that makes it a wonderul trip experience. If there is another hotel rating for overall hotel experience, it would be a 10/5 for us. The owners definitely made our short stay very comfortable and our adventures amazing - thank you so much! We would definitely come back to this hotel if we are in this area again!

這家真的是這趟大理出遊的最大驚喜！真的是寶藏店鋪，説真的推開門的一瞬間都驚了，海景房視野無敵，比我們前面住的4.500的好太多，真的是180度海景視野超級好，而且超級乾淨真的，之前在網上看了好多酒店民宿評價都説不乾淨，但是這家真的超級好，熱水也超級好，超級大！！！在路邊，本來想着這麼好了吵點就吵點，結果真的沒有吵，對於睡覺比較輕的我，早上一覺睡到10點，甚至錯過了早餐，哈哈，所以早餐就不評價了，懶蟲沒有吃到，前台服務也是特別好，特別熱心有禮貌，真的是這趟雲南行最大驚喜，無腦沖！！！
