"The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali."

"Service: The host is friendly, nice and helpful despite the language barrier. Facilities: We got a room at ground floor which I am really grateful for as there is no lift and our luggage is heavy. The room and toilet is clean. Location: Strategic. Nearby walking distance Halal eatery, the famous HD bakery, luckin coffee, chagee, pharmacy, cheap souvenir shop, all is very near and easily accessible in 1-3min walk. Didi can't access the road to the homestay door and unable drop you off in front of the homestay itself so you need to pull your luggage and it is a 3-5 min walk (without luggage maybe 1-2 min). Unsure why no trolley during our time but i guess probably it was faulty. But the host came to pick us up at the didi drop off point, and help pull one of our luggage, however it was a cobbled street so i wish in future there will have a trolley available."

"來大理旅居一個多月，換過一次住宿後，果斷紮根在這家民宿，直到離開都滿心不捨。當初選這裏最打動我的是地理位置，步行五分鐘就能到洱海邊，每天清晨沿着海岸線散步，吹着微風看日出，傍晚伴着落日餘暉慢悠悠返回，這樣的日子真的太治癒了。 但真正讓我不願挪窩的，是這裏的人和處處可見的用心。前台小姐姐真的像家人朋友一樣貼心，知道我喜歡安靜，特意幫我留了採光好又不吵的房間，在民宿裏還結識了一羣同樣來旅居的朋友，大家來自五湖四海，卻因為這家民宿結緣。保潔阿姨也特別細心。 民宿的房間裏、公共區域的垃圾桶邊緣都貼了柔軟的防撞角，樓梯拐角也做了同樣的防護，能看出老闆和工作人員是真的把客人的安全放在心上。住起來特別安心舒適。 這不僅是一家民宿，更像一個臨時的家。在這裏，有貼心的照顧、真摯的友誼和滿滿的安全感，離開時真的萬般不捨。如果以後再來大理旅居，一定會毫不猶豫再選這裏，也真心推薦給所有來大理的朋友，相信你們也會和我一樣愛上這個温暖的小窩！"

"We really enjoyed our stay here with absolutely lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable (soft mattress!) and decorated with taste. The location is ideal, within the old city but close to the south gate, meaning it is very convenient with luggage and easy to take transport for activities outside the ancient corner."

"The owner was really kind and helpful. Even helped us to ordered 外卖(supper delivery) where i had always wanted to order supper in China while scrolling 抖音(China TikTok). And even had more discount while using their accounts to order for 小龙虾 🥹 very grateful for all the help and love they had given us. And even allow us to exchange money from cash into our Alipay account although it was small amount. The location was great also near to railway station and have lots of food shop nearby and also supermarket."

"Honglinge Inn is a cozy and clean place located right inside Dali Ancient Town. The location is very convenient for exploring nearby shops and attractions. The room was comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. A good choice for travelers looking for a simple and pleasant stay."

"The amenities of the room and the service were one of the best during my travels in China. Huge windows, a bathtub and an incredible shower made me thoroughly enjoy my room. One thing that bothered me is the cigarette smoke that enters the room through the windows from the area right outside the hostel. Smoking is very common in China, but my experience would have been even better if I didn't wake up to the smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast is okay and I skipped the communal dinners as the vegetarian options were limited. Despite the above, I'd stay in Liliwanxiang again the next time if I'm in Dali again."
