”Unforgettable Oceanfront Retreat in Hainan, Haikou” We recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning furnished apartment in Haikou, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The breathtaking full ocean view from the apartment is nothing short of spectacular, providing a serene backdrop that made my stay truly unforgettable. The apartment itself is impeccably furnished and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. It felt like a home away from home, with modern amenities and stylish decor that enhanced the overall experience. What truly set this stay apart was the management staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, as there was nothing we asked for that they couldn’t provide. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay in Haikou with exceptional service, look no further!

Better than a 5 stars hotel. It's the best place to stay in Hainan. I received a free room upgrade and the host was very friendly and helpfull, The host is an outstanding manager. Near the beach, restaurantes and coffee shops. I will stay here again for sure.

房間很大，還有洗衣房附近吃飯也是很方便，這家酒店的服務非常周到，員工態度友好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，入住很快，主動給我們換更大的房間，房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，環境也不錯，室內衞生乾淨很安靜，隔音效果也很好

民宿自助入住很方便，因為一些原因房間升級了親子loft家庭房，換房過程沒有收取差價，服務態度也好，原本衹定了一晚後來又續住了一天，房間寬敞和圖片上一樣，有洗衣機，還配有一次性浴巾，就是電視需要手動連結wifi有點麻煩。外出騎行共享單車方便又便宜，小區外面就可以歸還。退房也簡單，因為趕高鐵先走了，客房管理查房之後按金順利退回了，3號島很安靜，推薦入住！！！（圖片是早上6點多拍到的日出）

Excellent customer service ! The lady boss and her staff were friendly and attentive taking good care of customers. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities in good condition. The night market is just five minute walk from hotel and you can try all types of food there.

I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk.

專門為跨年預訂的賓館，總體上還是很滿意的，前台服務態度很好，晚上回來老闆指示停車呢，就是這間房間太小了，無窗的空氣不流通，但是價格上也標明瞭情況了，本身也衹是單獨過度一下而已就沒必要升級了，熱水很熱，衞生還行，就是有個問題，沒吹風機好麻煩，這一點需要改進。總之贊一個。

It's in a good location with many food choices and a supermarket within walking distance. What's most beautiful is the view that greets you at night when you are back at the accommodation. The owner is friendly and caring.
