"It is good to see staff members from 2016. The location is considered very good as it is close to the museum and shopping mall with many nice shops and a supermarket. It is appreciated they have coffee and some simple breakfast to jumpstart your day. Most of the staff members are very kind and professional. Especially the cute tall young lady in the morning, the very professional and warm foreign lady, and the tall handsome young man who is exceptionally professional and helpful. Generally the staff is wonderful EXCEPT that lady from Sendai. She shouldn't work at a front desk of a hotel. The front desk is across from the door, only 30 centimeters from guests but she won't even bow her head. I noticed she was cold and unfriendly to an older Japanese guest,too. It is disrespectful"

"The place is very clean. Super relax. The public baht is clean and very relaxing. There’s a massage chair that I loved. The staff is welcoming and always available. Room are clean and comfortable. The bed is a bit hard, and maybe it’s a bit difficult to open your luggage cause of the tiny space"

"They offers a budget-friendly stay at under $12 USD per night per person. The beds are a bit tight; as a girl, I found it cool enough to sleep comfortably, but my boyfriend found it too hot, so we couldn’t share a bed. The rooms are mixed dorms and get very smelly each night, though the inside of the cabin beds is okay. Apart from a locker, you only have the space of your cabin bed, and no towels are provided. The bathroom is shared with others on the same floor and tends to get messy in the evening, although I noticed it being cleaned every morning. Unfortunately, the bins are always full, which is gross, and there’s hair everywhere. The lobby on my floor was cluttered with luggage and felt damp because it’s connected to the bathroom. I booked this place because it looked good in the photos, but the reality was a bit different. The common area on the ground floor is kind of cute but also a little dirty. The photos make it look much better than it is, but given the low price, I can’t complain too much. Please note that it’s a walk-up, so if you want to avoid stairs, you might need to pay more."

"Great location, inside Makishi Public Market. Walking distance to Kokusai street. Parking available with charges. The cabin room was clean with clean towels everyday. Toothbrush provided at the counter. Got water and ice dispenser. Check in time only available at 4pm. Then the reception counter closed at night. Downside for this place was the men shower room not available. Only can take shower at men public bath at 6ht floor, that closed at 10am till 4pm and 12 midnight till 6pm. Other than that, the men have no plave to take shower. Women shower room is available but the space was too narrow. Not gonna stay there anymore. Not a good choice."

"Great hostel very conveniently located very close to the Naha pier that can get you to the Keramashoto National Park And Zamami Islands! Can easily walk to the nearest Family Mart convenience store and a fish market for eats and drinks."

"I'm grateful that I'd stay here at Hotel Gran View Okinawa. Very accommodating... If there's a chance to come back again, I'll choose to stay at Hotel Gran View once more. Thank you very much."

"Amazing place for Solo travellers. The room had everything it needed and it was so close to shops, Monorail and the high street. There is 7/11 right in front of the hotel. My luggage could not fit in the storage units in the lobby so they stored it for me for couple of hours."

"This is easily the most well laid out hostel I've ever stayed in. There are plenty of showers and toilets, the beds are comfortable, sturdy, and spacious. There are huge lockers that can easily fit your suitcase, with a shelf inside so your locker doesn't have to be a total mess. The lockers are separate from the beds, and there is a space outside the rooms so you can pack up in the morning without disturbing those who are sleeping."
