"Swing & Pillows has three branches in Malacca, and I’ve stayed at two of them — both were affordable and great! This particular one is conveniently located near Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan Mall, just a short walk to Taming Sari Tower, A Famosa, and Dutch Square. The area is surrounded by plenty of eateries and convenience stores, making it super convenient for travelers. The room was slightly small but clean and comfortable. Check-in was done smoothly via WhatsApp, and I paid RM3 for the heritage tax. It would be even better if a water dispenser was provided."

Odanın çok dar ve boş olduğunu düşündük: 1 çift kişilik yatak, 1 tek kişilik yatak ve sınırlı kanallı duvara monte bir televizyon vardı. Yazı masası, gardırop, çanta koyacak yer yoktu. Giriş yaparken havluların değiştirilmesini istediğimizde personel yardımcı oldu."

"It is along Jonker Street so it was an easy stroll. Lots of eatries along the way. There is cashless paid parking near the hotel. I think you can park for 24 hrs for RM12 (not reimbursed by hotel. There is no receipt issued by the machine). There is a municipal parking but quite a distance. Hotel will reimburse RM20 for the parking there provided you keep the receipt. Call the hotel for details."

"Building is old, once enter the rooms, will have the old smell ( luckily not smoke smell). Molds on the toilet walls and mattress is not in good condition. overall is clean and staff are friendly but the building is old."

There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so dining is not an issue even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. One small downside is the soundproofing; you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. The lift is also on the smaller side, so it can get busy during peak times.
