"Mükemmel konum: Turistik şehrin merkezinde, yakınlarda uygun dükkanlar, alışveriş merkezi, mamak lokantası, Çin restoranı/yemek alanı vb. her şey yaklaşık 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Servis: Her şey iyi ☺️ Ancak, otel yönetimine yemek alanına birkaç bebek sandalyesi eklemelerini rica ediyorum. Böylece küçük çocuklarıyla gelen aileler yemek zamanlarında çok daha keyifli vakit geçirebilirler. Notlar: Otopark mevcut ancak otel tarafından karşılanmıyor. Araçla gelen ziyaretçilerin 09:00-17:00 saatleri arasında park ücreti ödemeleri gerekiyor... yoksa 10 RM ceza kesiliyor 😅"

"The location was fine and the house was historical but we had two major issues with this place. First, the water from the sink looked orange. So we were too scared to use it for washing let alone drinking. We had to rely on the provided bottled water. Second, the toilet was outside of the room (we booked a garden room). So we had to sit in heat and mosquitos whenever we used the toilet. Additionally, we didn't like that they insisted on paying the deposit which was never mentioned in the booking confirmation or room information. We also had some communication issues when getting back the deposit after check out as the staff couldn't speak English and had to call another staff to understand what was going on."

"This is the most worthy stay! Budget with spacious room, friendly staff. Walking distance have a lot of restaurants, and 7-11, CU convenience stores. This already my second stay here, very happy to be back!☺️"

"Заселение было омрачено тем, что обнаружились скрытые сборы, которые мне надо было доплатить помимо самой оплаты за номер. 3 рингита, о которых было сказано при бронировании и 10 рингит - туристический сбор, о котором трипком умолчал. Очень профессионально и тактично повел себя менеджер за стойкой ресепшн Лим, пытаясь урегулировать неприятную ситуацию. И мое огромное спасибо ему за это. Номер был хороший, просторный и чистый. Чистое белье и полотенца. Из минусов: обнаружилось наличие тараканов, маленьких, но все же неприятно. Вода, которая предлагается бесплатно - ужасная и скорее всего просто набрана из крана. Пить не невозможно. Вкус и запах. Также из минусов - непрекращающийся гул в номере, судя по всему от какого то насоса или аккумулятора. Но нормально выспаться было затруднительно при таком шуме. Расположение в 15 минутах ходьбы от исторической улицы. Приемлимо для той цены которую я заплатила за бронирование- 40 рингит +13 поборы с туристов. Но в остальные дни цена поднялась и этот номер не стоил тех денег."

"I booked 3D/2N stay at the apartment for 5 of us. The apartment was spacious and reasonably clean. There is a pool table which my boy was initially impressed but realised it was more for show as they have replaced the pool ball to soft sponge ball which you can hardly play. We didnt have a very comfortable stay as the apartment was not very sound proof. The motor at night was very loud and there were constant banging noise coming from the upper floor causing my father to wake up at night. We decided to move to another hotel the next day as it was really uncomfortable stay for us. I think if you are able to stand the noise, can still stay."

"My stay at Hotel Star Moon Melaka was great overall. The location was convenient, close to key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, though slightly compact. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, it’s a good value, though some areas could use minor updates. I’d consider staying again for my budget business trip."

"Location is A1, The lone staff seems overworked when multiple checkins occur. The other non-staff older chinese man on site was rude, uninformed, had no information or phone numbers and had no role except taking up space and being antaganistic as far as I can determine. It would be great to have available boiled water. Very very basic, but great location!"

"Nice hotel, good price, clean, good location. The only bad thing is that the room has no windows and the shower wears the whole bathroom, but for the price and location and how clean it is, it's a 10/10"
