"The staff were very friendly. I took the Amtrak train and arrived at the hotel in the morning. I was able to check in around 10 a.m. and felt so happy. The hotel is located close to Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft bed and great amenities. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay."

"They checked us in in 5 mins which was very speedy and efficient. Not super close to Disney, about 20ish min drive, which isn’t too bad. Parking is free which is a big plus. My biggest issue is that it was super clean, there was chipping paint and stains in the bathtub, but the worst thing was that even though it was a non smoking room it still reeked of cigarettes. But for the price it was pretty good"

"Very easy checking in and out from this place. However, the bed squeaks when you moved. The bed needs to be replaced cuz it’s annoying when you’re trying to get a good night sleep. Breakfast need a little improvement on a selection. Otherwise, it was very convenient for our weekend getaway."

"If you are planing to go to Disneyland, this hotel is great! Located very near the park only a few mins drive. I decided to spend time until the park close, my friends drove back to the hotel first. I took a shuttle bus to Toy Story parking lot and just walk across the street.
Service vice, no staff to help you unload the luggage from car. Breakfast line is acceptable. No cleaning between your stay but they give you extra towels."

드드라이어Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe location is convenient for walking to Disneyland. The parking was great. The service was great. The parking spot is right outside the door. The room did not have bugs on the floor or bed. The cleaning was okay as there were things that could use scrubbing. If you are looking for a place to park all day for Disneyland and take a nap with your kids this is perfect. For overnight stays the noise level and parking were good for us but there are bums around Disneyland walking around so just be aware that it is not a hotel thing. The only upgrade for me to come again is the bed is way too hard for me to sleep comfortably.

MMeichan:)It was a great stay. The location was very convenient to go to Disneyland (we saw fireworks in front of our room), although the price was amazing. Bathroom was little bit wired (I forgot take a picture!!!) the door was like closet. I think it was renovated from closet to bathroom. But it wasn’t matter for us!! I appreciate this accommodation it was nice:)

MMisafir KullanıcıI took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price. The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.

The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

AAnonim KullanıcıThey gave me a different room than what I had booked at first, the sheets in that room were dirty, the floor was cracked, and the couch was broken. I switched over to the room I had originally booked and it’s cleaner but the bathroom door doesn’t even close and the beds are super hard. I didn’t pay that much though so I guess you get what you pay for. The employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
