Wow definitely one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in so far. Super spacious and everything can be controlled with the AI. There's an automated water dispenser in there which is awesome! Everything feels super new and I'm taken back by how luxurious this room felt! Super close to airport too, I think the car ride from the airport was only 4mins or less.

Too good to be true. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is very good. Very near to all the services and shops there. Will come and stay again. And last but not the least the receptionist are like angels. Helped me booked every single time because I didn't have car hailing app like DIDI.

這家維也納國際位置真的很好，交通便利，購物方便。靠近南站與工業區衹要十幾分鐘的時間，不管辦事還是遊玩都方便。前台服務態度特別好，熱情周到，有需求響應很快，看我行李多還會主動幫忙提行李、介紹周邊周邊景點，不小心弄臟床單，主動聯繫客房服務並表示願意賠償。客房阿姨不僅沒有責備，反而輕鬆安撫我説沒關係，心裏暖暖的，住得舒心又方便，下次一定還來！

帶孩子到泉州旅遊，最後一晚定的維也納酒店，離機場很近，我倆走着就去機場了，打車到五店市也不遠。交通方便，前台姐姐服務好，給我們了行政雙床房，房間挺大的。早餐需要早一點去。這個價格真是挺划算的。

房間確實很大，早餐也可以的 衞生一般 對了重點來了 千萬要讓服務員給你一間不在臨街的房間 不然你整晚都睡不着而且白天也會被吵得瘋掉 所以最後我不得不換 但是在換的過程在溝通過過程中 想換還被狡辯了幾次，才換的了 這位小姐姐名字我不知道，但是真的覺得一個酒店至少服務態度我不要求有多好 至少不能這樣明明有這樣的事，還一直狡辯着不及時給顧客換吧，這樣真的讓人傷心，畢竟確實是有空房的，大家將心比心，東西也是我自己搬到另一個客房的，我也沒麻煩你們，我希望換位思考一下。

After further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing. Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items. Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.
