"Girişi bulmak biraz zordu ama şehir merkezinde uygun bir konumdaydı. Oda olanakları bölümünde listelendiği için kendi saç kurutma makinemi getirdim, ancak odada saç kurutma makinesi olmadığını unutmayın. Resepsiyon personeli çok nazikti."

"The location is 20 minutes walk from the city centre and 9 minutes from the nearest station. The facilities inside the toilet are quite old. Car park is great."

"Metro istasyonuna yakın, ancak turistik yerlere yakın değil. Yine de yürüme mesafesindeler ve bölgede birçok restoran var. Yemek alanı/ortak salon güzel, bolca kanepe ve priz var. Ancak geceleri kapanıyor ve odanıza dönmekten başka gidecek yer kalmıyor. Yatakhane odalarında klima var, bu da güzel. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahat. Genel olarak iyi Wi-Fi mevcut. Sabah ve gündüz resepsiyon personeli çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever."

"L’hôtel a un bon emplacement en face de la gare. Ceci dit n’est pas assez facile d’accès et c’est pas mal indiqué pour rejoindre l’hôtel. Comme souvent dans les hôtels Mama Shelter, le seul vrai défaut, se trouve dans la salle de bain. Il n’y a pas assez de commodités, et le îlot de ma chambre était très faible dans la douche. Ce qui est assez pénible. Sinon tout va bien."

"Een fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel. Super centrale ligging, naast het treinstation en Euralille. Daar kun je overigens goed parkeren en dan is het nog een paar minuten lopen naar het hotel. Helaas op een zeer warme dag gekomen, daar waar het hotel geen airconditioning heeft. Wel een ventilator gekregen. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de bovenste verdieping van het hotel."

"Fairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home. Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient. In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows. Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep."
