I traveled solo to Israel and stayed in hotel for 3 nights. Check-in was smooth. Room was ready. Clean. Fresh. Nice. It was my second time staying at this hotel and will go back again if I need to in the future. Highly recommend.

The location was close to the old city of Jerusalem, walking distance to the Jaffa Gate. The facility itself is beautiful inside and out. The pool is exceptional and the breakfast left nothing to be desired.

Nice lobby with coffee and tea all the time, was a great place to talk to other guests from all around the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Decent hotel considering the price and location. current renovations are beong carried out so some noise but we weren't able to stay in the newly renovated room unless we paid more. Very helpful and friendly reception and let us check in early which helped alot!

Location perfect for Old City exploration close to tram line 1. Jaffa Gate Old City at aprox 10min walking. Very good communication prior to arrival, online checkin, whatsapp message from owner regarding access.

The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.
