"The hotel is really worth the price! Cleanliness: good! Nearly perfect; there are still some hairs inside the toilet, but the rest is really good! Keep it up! Facilities: They have free water to drink near the elevator. I really love that! They also have an express checkout box in front of the hotel to save time! The wifi is good. The design is also minimal and luxurious~~ they also have shoes adjustment stick! the staff: They’re nice and do their jobs perfectly! Location: It’s around a 6-7 min walk from JR Sapporo, and they have a delicious place to hang out next to the hotel! space: my room has a semi-double bed, so it’s slightly bigger than usual. It’s a normal Japan hotel size! If you are tall or have a big body, you might find it’s uncomfortable, but for me it’s fine, and there’s some space to pack my luggage!"

"The location was strategic, located at main street of the town, walking ditance to starbucks coffee, Muji, Goryokaku Tower and Goryokaku Park. Tram Station right infront of the hotel, able to visit few tourist sort using the tram, Natural foot onsen, morning g market and JR Hakodate station. Bus Stop to Hakodate Airport is just 1mins walk from hotel entrance."

"Je dirai parfait à 99% tout d’abord extrêmement bien situé, ensuite il y a à disposition un bar avec tout type de boissons gratuit, également à disposition serviette, brosse à dent… mais aussi un bar à snack avec des nouilles et des petits snack (largement suffisant pour faire office de repas). La cabine est ok pas trop petite. Donc vraiment parfait !"

"This place is boozhy, in a good way. Service is impeccable! The dorm is huge, but this increases the risk in sharing with inconsiderate ******. Someone's phone was going off repeatedly early in the morning, and people going in and out constantly at all times. Hotels need to silence the latch that makes so much noise when people are going in and out. Other things to improve on: if you're going to make us remove shoes then have softer, more comfortable carpet. Having to go downstairs to go to the bathroom. Not good. The mattress is questionable. My back was sore when I would wake up in the morning. Outside of these necessary improvements, the place is awesome. Free towels every day! This is unheard of in hostels. Rooftop hangout is impressive. The chairs in the lobby are very comfortable."

"The hotel location is good. Easy to take bus/tram to many areas. The hotel staffs are helpful & friendly. There are many information we can get from the staffs & hotel notice boards of nearby eateries & tourist spot. The room is a bit small but it is expected."
