"The location is very convenient — just a 2–3 minute walk to Chinatown and about 10–15 minutes to the Harbor. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean; I was able to fully open both of my travel bags (24” and 28”) with ease.
One unexpected surprise was the breakfast — it was entirely Indian cuisine. While I personally enjoy Indian food, I found it a bit heavy for the morning. That said, the flavors were excellent!
As for the staff, I would recommend having Google Translate ready. Compared to hotels in other cities, the communication here was a bit more challenging. It seems the team hasn’t had as much experience interacting with international guests."

"The room is really spacious and has everything. Clean sheets, pjs and wc. The room was clean also but not as clean as my previous jp hotel ( some marks on the table) Bed was comfy too.theres an air purifier whoch was great. Bathroom doesn't have a bathtub as there is onsen in the hotel and massage chairs in the shared area. Love the free snacks, ramen, ice bar and Yakult. At night the onsen can get crowded.
It's right at one of the entrances to nankinmachi and has a city bus stop a few steps away. The famous senbei shop is nearby too. Highly recommend!"

"The service was very good and the amenities we can take as many as needed. The food was very good also. Though the staff did not call to remind for our checkout time and we were 30mins late to checkout, the hotel did not charge us since it was New Year as their compliment for their customer. So thank you so much Hotel Sunroute Sopra-Kobe and looking forward to stay here again when we go back here in Kobe 😉"

"The check-in process was fast - I arrived a few minutes before 10pm so was relieved that someone was there. The room was compact but comfortable. Had all the basics like kettle and towels. The location is walking distance to many temples and restaurants so very convenient. The walking path from the hotel starts with a quiet narrow street. It's also near public transit including JR train for connection to other major cities. There isn't any meal service onsite but there's a kiosk in the lobby so you can grab a snack, if needed. The common areas are well kept and room was clean. I was on an upper floor and there isn't a remarkable view. It's convenient that the windows open and there is a thermostat on the wall so you can regulate the temperature."

"酒店位置雖然沒有神户商業中心“三宮”那樣繁華，但以其交通、購物、晚餐，以及酒店的環境設施等選擇，性價比是很高的。2023年開業，酒店狀態很新。我定的21平米的高級雙床房，室內一點不侷促。尤其讓我滿意的是乾濕分離的淋浴間，淋浴非常舒服。酒店電梯直達地下層，往前左轉即阪急、阪神電鐵檢票進入口；往右經地下商業街行走幾十公尺即神户JR站，神户遊主要景點，包括姬路城都要乘這三條鐵路（還有不少地鐵、各種巴士、基本不用），去大阪市中心、奈良、京都等地遊，從SK酒店出發，當天來回也非常方便，且不貴。酒店外和地下街有不少食店可供晚餐的選擇。最讓我心怡的是酒店下有兩家大型超市：Life和KOHYO，有許多日本好吃、安全的零食可供解饞。許多新鮮食品傍晚起開始“割引”，刺生、壽司，還有好吃的麪包，可買了在酒店房間用餐。酒店6、10樓有微波爐可用。酒店服務有求必應，比如我要求多一枕頭，要求每天提供咖啡包等等。酒店的缺點：被子太厚，雖然開着空調不熱，但空調噪音影響睡眠；冰箱噪音有點大。順便説一下，到神户機場去酒店，Port Liner（高架輕軌）18min、340元到三宮站，再轉乘神户JR、阪急、阪神都可，2或3站即到酒店，供自由行的朋友們參考。"

The hotel is small but have everything you need . The big bath is nice with open air bath. The private bath is excellent but you need to booked ahead or early because it’s so nice and every guest wants to book . Highly recommended this hotel . Good food and excellent service.

MMeowVanThe service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and generally able to communicate in English. Their service is so good that they wipe down all your luggage upon arrival at the hotel, and my bags came out cleaner than when I came!
The food also left us speechless. I’ve never tasted such a delicious meal, and I consider myself a foodie. The dishes were prepared fresh right in front of us. Every detail was attended to, from presentation to taste. It deserves a 100% without a doubt. Since I had a food allergy, they were careful to leave out the allergen in all the foods. I was really thankful for that, because it’s not always a given at Asian restaurants.
The establishment itself is dated, but that’s why we chose it in the first place- to feel the aura of tradition. Having said that though, it was slightly inconvenient that there was no shower inside our room. However, it wasn’t too much of a problem because the shared shower/onsen room was just a short distance from our room, and it was generally not occupied. When we stayed there, there was a storm going on, so the the rain crashing on the window and the outside blinds gave off a spooky feeling, which added to the sense of adventure.

AAnonim KullanıcıNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

LlimmaysallyMost comfortable bed that I stay in Japan for the past 2 months. Lucky we stay here for 4 nights. Bed is very firm but not hard which is good for our back. Room is very clean and bathroom is spaces that I can sit on bath tub and shower. It would be perfect if the room is slightly bigger. They charge parking for 2000¥ for night which is too high for me but the front desk young lady ( ********* girl) who was very friendly and helpful, she recommended me to park my car at nearby coin parking which cost me on 800¥ for 24 hours. CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

ZZhengchunkai定了帶私湯的房間（有私湯的房間都很小），衞生4分是因為對日本比較嚴苛，進門的消毒劑上有點臟。沒有電梯，對住二樓的不太友好。
酒店屬於小而精，吃晚飯是在步行一分鐘的姐妹酒店【御幸荘花結び 】吃的，早餐在本店1樓。
有馬温泉分金湯（硫磺）、銀湯（碳酸），小鳥有馬是銀湯，御幸荘花結び是金湯，可以根據各自需求選擇。

LLucky101I recently stayed at the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel during my visit to the Kobe Exhibition, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute subway ride to the exhibition center, with a direct line making the journey straightforward and hassle-free.
The hotel's proximity to the subway is a major plus, offering seamless travel around the city. Notably, there's only one line change required to get to Osaka, making it convenient for day trips or additional business meetings.
Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a plethora of restaurants catering to all tastes, ensuring you won't go hungry. Additionally, there's a massage center nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. For those traveling by night buses, the station is conveniently close, making late-night travel plans easy to manage.
While the hotel amenities were generally good, I did miss the availability of free coffee, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
Overall, I highly recommend the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel for its prime location, convenience, and the abundance of nearby facilities. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Kobe, whether for business or leisure.

MmharsnI liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither.
When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy.
Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.
