До отеля и от него с чемоданом просите трансфер, он бесплатный, иначе придется тащить его в горку от станции. При заселении выбираете время ужина и завтрака, они в общем зале, на завтрак вместе с основной подачей есть ещё и шведский стол. Еда в японском стиле, вкусная. Также выбираете время для 2 приватных ванн, можно забронировать также и сауну, все входит в стоимость, как и массажные кресла на 2 этаже. Номер просторный, соответствует фото. Онсены с золотой водой, приватные на свежем воздухе, понравились. Сауна была холодной. Персонал очень доброжелательный. В номере есть чайник, холодильник, сейф.

Very good service provided by the staff of the hotel. Sleeping robe, shaver, comb, tooth brush and tooth paste is provided free. There is a self-service laundry room, which costs 500Yen for 3 kg load, 2 hours. Hotel is very near to the Sannomiya train station and there are supermarkets, Daiso, restaurants, and a bowling centre just next door. Perfect for families. The room is very big and comes with 4 beds. Ample space to open 3 luggage bags and walk around. Love the hair dryer provided in the room!

Not sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

Great location, a short walk to central Kobe. Front desk service is great. Parking is only free for cars with low height. Can be slightly noisy since it's next to the railway, but a non-issue in general.

Most comfortable bed that I stay in Japan for the past 2 months. Lucky we stay here for 4 nights. Bed is very firm but not hard which is good for our back. Room is very clean and bathroom is spaces that I can sit on bath tub and shower. It would be perfect if the room is slightly bigger. They charge parking for 2000¥ for night which is too high for me but the front desk young lady ( ********* girl) who was very friendly and helpful, she recommended me to park my car at nearby coin parking which cost me on 800¥ for 24 hours. Отличный рекан, мне очень понравился онсен - несмотря на то, что он маленький, чувствуешь себя уютно. Так как номеров немного, большой шанс оказаться в онсене одному. Ужин кайсеки красивый и вкусный, моя мечта попробовать его исполнилась :) Завтрак обычный завтрак шведский стол, с японскими и европейскими блюдами Также при въезде можно выбрать юкату, выбор широкий, одежда очень симпатичная. Большое спасибо персоналу за помощь и особенно персоналу ресторана, мне очень помогли (у меня сломан палец и было неудобно есть палочкам и накладывать еду) и отнеслись максимально дружелюбно.

設施：齊全，基本上都有，甚至還有女生特殊時期用的小麪包 衞生：很乾凈，住了兩天都有打掃。 下次再去還會住，好評！

Far from the center of Kobe/Sannomiya so do not expect the area to be busy. Also the hotel has started to show its age but no complaints considering the very attractive price point.

Room is really big and clean. The public onsen on 5th floor and the cleanliness inside there is so so. There're restaurants nearby and closed a bit early! V good price and sure will stay here again!

Between Sannomiya et shin Kobe , a good simple room very confortable for a solo traveler
