"The hotel was really nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and they also give you a free breakfast. Walking distance from the station (5 minutes) and the scenic sites (30 minutes). Overall, great place to stay."

"The hotel located in the next station from kinugawa onsen. I have booked one night here. The hotel provided japanese gown in room for yukata to all guests. Badly they provide male apparel for us. The staff who saw always gossip very bad experience. However, Staff at breakfast floor is very nice. He can't speak English but I feel his kindness."

"The location is really nice and the public onsen with the beautiful view are fantastic! However, the room was pretty outdated and a bit smelly and could have been cleaner. We booked the more expensive room with the bath where they show the private onsen picture, but unfortunately, the private onsen needs to be booked separately and they will charge us additionally 3100 yen for 50 min. So be aware to select the cheaper room since it's exactly the same as the more expensive room."

"Location and hospitality from the staff are the stand outs for this hotel. 5 min walk from Tobu-Nikko station and just opposite JR Nikko station. Lots of dining options around so not to worry but the nearest convenience store is actually not that near. For my stay, it came with free breakfast every day though I only had it for one day because I wanted to try out other breakfast/ coffee places in Nikko. There’s onsen in the hotel, both indoor and outdoor so this is also a plus point. However, the hotel itself is a bit tired and desperately needs a renovation."

"超出預期，房間很大，設施齊全，早晚餐很好吃，日式西式品種多，人雖然多秩序井然，看得出管理跟到位。 河景房，窗外就是鬼怒川，景色不錯，就是水流聲音有點吵。 泡温泉的地方也很乾凈，有室內室外泡池，可以聞到濃濃的硫磺味。 鬼怒川車站出來經過一條櫻花大道，就到酒店了，附近還有個鬼怒川大橋值得一看。"

"傳統日式飯店，選擇的方案包括一泊二食，食物的餐點跟份量都蠻用心的，房間也蠻大的，雖然稍微偏舊，但還是保養得宜，溫泉是一大亮點，值得去泡，雖然說飯店名字有東照宮，但是離東照宮還有一段距離，這一點務必特別留意。"

"Находится далековато от станции Тобу-Никко и относительно близко к основным достопримечательностям. Из плюсов - два приватных онсенов, куда можно поместиться вдвоем или втроём. Один из них выложен плиткой, второй - каменный (пользуется бОльшим спросом, понятное дело). Если вы заняли онсен,в него уже никто больше не войдёт. Чтобы постояльцы знали, свободен ли онсен и какой, сделаны специальные сигнальные лампочки, удобно. Работают онсены с 16 до 23 часов, так что утром понежиться не удастся. Как по мне, вода холодновата и помещения закрытые - люблю на свежем воздухе. Неожиданным было предложение завтрака, но кормят исключительно выпечкой с разными начинками (давно столько теста не ела). Также можно за недорого приобрести замороженные блюда и тут же их пошреть в микроволновке. В номере ванна и туалет, юката выдают по требованию. Прекрасная гостиная, где можно посидеть вечером (если гостей не слишком много). А, вот, где посидеть вечерком на улице, не очень понятно, т.к. около онсенов есть зона для курения с лавочками, но там не очень приятно пахнет."

"first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan"
