"The staff was pleasant, the location great, the hotel was nice, but the room I was allocated had a sink and bath soap stand with very bad mold which made it impossible to ignore. I informed the front desk staff about this issue as I checked out. That was very unfortunate, but I will use this hotel again, next time making sure that I get a room properly sanitized."

"Wow! Everything was nice here! The location was good, close to the station. The amenities were remarkable and the b'fast buffet sets the standard! I will highly recommend this Koko Hotel and would be more than satisfied to stay again!"

"Perfect hotel location. A few steps to the shopping streets, restaurants, groceries, and convenient stores. A few minutes walk to train stations. Hotel was clean and we were given a family room instead of just a double bed room with windows facing the main road where the shopping streets are. Staff were all nice.Price was reasonable as it was not a busy season. Breakfast was reasonable for the price. Would love to stay again next time we are on that side. Thank you."

"Location a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre."

"Room is quite big and comfortable, beautiful lobby. The room had double-layered curtains with sheer drapes, which was a very thoughtful touch. Even when the morning sunlight was bright, it didn’t feel harsh. The only pity was that we didn’t get to try the hotel breakfast this time—hopefully, we can enjoy it on my next visit. It’s a hotel that makes me want to come back again~"

MMisafir KullanıcıThe best accommodation in Sukunami hot springs. Huge rooms with western beds and Japanese influences. The dinner and breakfast buffets included are out of this world! The public baths are spectacular, especially the outdoor rock onsens are a destination on their own. Free flow of drinks and popsicles at the two lounges Shuttle to and fro the hotel can be arranged at 40Yen per way. This hotel is really in the middle of nowhere and it's a 5 min drive from Sukunami JR Station. The entire property has been recently renovated and reopened in Apr 2025, so the facilities are sparkling new and luxurious.

AAnonim KullanıcıHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

There are indoor, outdoor onsens as well as a sauna. They provide free ice cream and probiotic drinks outside the bathing area. You also get free Ramen for late night snack, which is Dormy inn's signature. The breakfast options are sufficient and tasty. Location is good, very near Sendai station. For the price point, I think this is a very good property.

MMisafir KullanıcıClose to JR Sendai station which is connected to 2 malls, Parco & SPal, with lots of food outlets & stores. 15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to. The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus.

JJoyee LaiHotel Green Plus has a very strategic location, within walking distance to Sendai Station. It is easy to reach even with luggage, as there is a lift accessible from the skywalk. The hotel is located in a lively covered shopping street and is directly opposite the famous Ichiran Ramen, which makes dining and shopping extremely convenient. Although the main entrance has stairs, there is actually a hidden lift that provides access to the hotel lobby and guest rooms, which is very helpful for guests with luggage. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. A young lady at the reception patiently helped me make several calls to my desired restaurant to assist with a reservation. A male receptionist even helped carry my luggage to the shopping street, which was truly impressive and very touching. Overall, a convenient stay with warm service and excellent location. Highly recommended

GGustavo TozzoThe hotel was simple, and the front staff were very friendly, and though the room was clean, it was one of the smallest I have stayed at. It seems to be quite an old hotel, but it’s nicely kept and the location is really good. Several convenience stores close by, and the Sendai station is also an walking distance. The lack of amenities was a disappointment, and during a pouring rain there were no umbrellas available, which was a downer. Having said that, I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel if it’s available during my trip (I do travel to Sendai regularly) Sorry I didn’t take photos… I was quite busy during my stay…

GGustavo TozzoPlace was fine, staff was courteous and helpful, room was clean and relatively good size, though the light switches were place at a very strange place, opposite wall to the head of the bed, and had to get up to switch lights off) no breakfast, and the price I paid was more expensive than what they advertised at the front of the hotel (¥5400 w/ breakfast) that bothered me, specially when they charge ¥1400 for breakfast! Pricey af! So I went kombini style… much cheaper! But it was a good stay. ¥800 yen for parking (250 metres away on foot) until checkout.
