吊牀有意思，酒店房間有特色，是可以去體驗一下的，集團還有米其林餐廳需要提前郵件預約，海灘在馬路對面酒店，很近無障礙。早餐就是常規的國外酒店，水果，奶，炒雞蛋，麪包，咖啡平平無奇，但那邊酒店早餐都一樣。

Ottimo ostello, letti comodi, stanza da 12 grande il giusto con tanto di locker personale con tanto di presa al suo interno . Lascerei stare i tour organizzati / il noleggio perché costano tanto e sono veramente super commerciali.

Jose is amazing, let me leave it at that. He takes care of literally everything about you in detail. Whatever you want, he just magically brings them for you. Delicious breakfast that makes me want to not oversleep everyday. And the scent in the room really adds to the deluxe experience.

Great stay at Casa Ganesh! Very central and own beach beds! All you need when visiting tulum (if you don’t want to go to the overpriced hotels around). Have to accept some loud music from Rosa Negra next door but with ear plugs that’s not a big deal.

Excelente glamping enmedio de la naturaleza, limpio, ordenado y para disfrutar de una tranquilidad absoluta. Mala suerte, las obras del tren que dificultan el contacto con el entorno. Cenotes propios en el hotel abiertos 24hrs y hay mucha fauna... Una familia de monos, nos acompañó durante horas en el recinto del hotel. El restaurante está muy bien, cenamos y desayunamos allí, todo perfecto.

Very nice small hotel at the start of the beach street. Can grab a taxi from centro to get there for about 300mxn. If you dont mind walking then its easy to just walk along the tulum beach street to reach any restaurant or beach club. The room was very nice with an outdoor shower and bath although the wooden floor there was rusty with nails pointing out which was as dangerous so that has to be fixed. Reception was very helpful and even gave us recommendations for restaurants and events for the night. They have their own beach access and loungers so its very convenient as its right on the beach. Breakfast was advertised and its a light yoghurt with little bit of granola and fruits with filter coffee and juice and two pieces of toast for two people. Breakfast has room for improvement in my opinion. Overall good experience for the price. No coffee machine in the room although it is shown in the listing images, usually hotels include those for free. There was some camping right next to the hotel which seemed weird, not sure what that was as it also had access to the hotel through stairs connected to the hotel.

The hotel charged us about 20 Euros more than the quoted final price of our booking with ridiculous excuses about different conversion rates. Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long. Towels were worn by use and full of brown spots. Breakfast was included but you only could have one thing, either an omelette or a pancake.

The room was fine and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and right next to a lagoon where we were able to see crocodiles. The ruins of Coba are just a few minutes' walk away.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Had a lovely large and clean room. Swimming pool is gorgeous but could use a few scoops to remove the fallen leaves. Staff shined bright by their absence, breakfast at 8.00 didn't happen but much later... Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service. I ended up going to the beach on own regards. The seaweed was huge, so all this together made me relocate to other places. Non refundable hotel so be aware!
