"I stayed here 4 nights before and after the Salkantay trek. The first 4 nights were in a studio room which is very nicely decorated with plants and flowers, the last 4 nights were in a double room with a view of the city. I enjoyed my stay in both. The checkout was very easy, I left the key and bags in my room when I left at 4.30am for the salkantay trek, and when I returned, I was immediately brought to my new room with my bags already inside, which felt really nice after a tiring 5 days. The breakfast was nice, had fresh papaya or orange juice. The location was great as well, just about 5 min walk down to the main square (about 10min up) and the first 2 streets from the main square have police officers around which made me feel safer. Also many cafe and restaurants in the streets around it. I was having diarrhoea and feeling unwell on my last day and was grateful that I could check out later to have a longer rest."

"В целом отель неплохой для Куско, маленькая комнатка, маленькое окошко, очень маленький санузел, не обогревается, нет питьевой воды, тапочек, но ставлю 5 за чистоту, за расположение, и за то, что отель новый. Когда мы там жили, стоимость составляла 90$ за ночь без завтрака. Для такой стоимости нормально. Но когда мы уехали на 2 дня и вернулись обратно, стоимость составляла уже 180$ за ночь, что для данного отеля просто невообразимо. Прожив неделю в Куско, стало понятно, что цена и качество не только для данного отеля но и для других большая проблема! Цены ставят высокие, а сервиса предоставляют минимум!"

Plaza de armasに徒歩数分の距離にあり、帰路は坂道ですが、よほど疲れていなければ難なく歩ける距離にありとても良かったです。立地もとても静かな通りに位置していたので、車通りもあまり多くなく、騒音が気になることは少なかったです。アメニティはシャンプー、リンス、ボディウォッシュ、ドライヤー、ティーが数種類、電気ケトルがありました。昔ながらの建築をリノベーションした建物だったので、天井がとても高く開放感があり、荷物を広げても充分な広さがありました。スタッフの方もとても親切で、モーニングは通常7時からでしたが、ツアーへの参加のため少しだけ早くに外出する旨を伝えたところ快く朝食の用意をしていただきました。ホテルの出入りの際は毎回ドアの解錠をしてもらう必要があるため、セキュリティ面も安心でした。フロントでは数種類ですが、水、炭酸飲料を買うこともできる様でした。"

"Overall the hotel was good, service was good, laundry services excellent. 2 issues:
1) location: the front is not a street but a walking lane, so taxis and tour transportation cannot come to front door. This alleyway also has many clubs so the noise and foot traffic is all night long.
2 Breakfast was included , however if you want a second omelette they wanted you to pay for it. Free breakfast means free, any other buffet restaurant you can take as many eggs as you wish.
Overall I would stay there again,"

"We didn’t hesitate to stay again after our Machu Picchu tour. Same hospitality and service were offered to us. We always have hot water for drinking in our room which is a plus since we love drinking tea which helps in soothing out dry itchy throat due to the altitude. "staffs were super friendly and helpful. stayed there 2 separate nights. one before machu picchu and the other after i return to cusco from machu picchu. rooms were reasonably spacious and well maintained. hot water shower was good. bed was comfy. breakfast was a in my opinion pretty decent and value for money. it starts as early as 5am so u can catch your morning tours after breakfast. they help u store luggage as you embark on your MP trip and return later so u don’t have to book extra night just to keep your luggage in the hotel if u are staying in aguas calientes for a night (u likely cannot bring ur large suitcases up the peru/inca rail). location wise it’s certainly walkable to the plaza. however i can hear noises from outside. i believe it’s the same with most hotels too in anycase."

We had to change rooms several times because of our schedule and they made sure everything worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is very central. We can only recommend to stay here!

This accomodation is centrally located in Cusco walking distance to most attractions in Cusco, specifically the Casco Antigo Old Town and San Pedro market. The accomodation is very clean and new. They allowed me to leave and keep my suitcase when I went to Machu Picchu for a couple of days. Atenas cooked us breakfast every morning. The hotel is also very close to Peru Rail Train Station to take a bus to Ollantaytanbo. It is also very convenient tour pickup location for bus excursion to Sacred Valley. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

SS_KKThe rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.

It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.

LLennard’sIf you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy.
Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay

Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

MMisafir KullanıcıI arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day.
Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details.
Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .
