"We had a great time staying at City Center Hotel. The room is clean, there's enough space for 5 people and it's perfect for families. However, the hotel's best feature is its location. The hotel is just along Session road so there's never any shortage of good grub place. Ililikha Arts and Crafts Village is just on the next kanto, a few ukay shops are just across City Center. Nice bakeries are also just around the corner. Burnham park is about an 8-10 minute walk. My family and I are frequent Baguio travellers and have stayed in a myriad of places but by City Center is one of the most if not the most accessible hotel that offers the most sulit price."

"A nice hotel located away from the busy city centre. Nice garden with surrounding pine trees.
Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. However, floor was dirty.
Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices every morning.
Staff were all charming and friendly.
I particularly liked all the freshly cut flowers displayed in restaurant and reception area"

"We had a great experience at The Chalet. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in is nice and spacious. We also love their breakfast buffet. It's very near the Victory Liner terminal. We'd definitely book this again and it's highly recommended.."

MMisafir KullanıcıEverything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking.
There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!

CChrish_OGThe hotel location is very nice, we were able to walk around Burnham Park in the morning, and the view is also nice. The breakfast is ok, and could have been perfect if the food is hot/warm. My only concern would be the facilities... The aircon is not as cold as we wanted to, and this is probably because a lot of hotels in Baguio does not have AC due to the cold weather. But when we visited, it was too warm already. They also dont have any electric fans. The comfort room smelled like mold, and the hot/cold shower is not working as well. The good thing is when we asked the front desk staff for assistance, they immediately helped and sent the maintenance staff for assistance. Overall, we enjoyed our trip in Baguio, but will probably consider other hotels instead.

1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional,
However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on.
2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no.
3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way.
4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient
5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room.
6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively
7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore.
8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter
9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service.
Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.

MMisafir Kullanıcınice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us.
I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

It was not too clean though, they should clean before new guests moving in and pay more attention to insects. Also, the toilets flush was not working probably.

MMA CRISTINA B PEREZVery new hotel just near the city and Marcos Highway. Rooms are spacious, service is okey, food is acceptable. You need to prepare cash for deposit or leave your govt id with them while staying. No slippers provided though its so coldddd when we visited. Water os not automatically being replaced the following day. A beautiful hotel but needs improvement on food quality and service.

Keep in mind that if you're booking here, don't expect much comfort or luxury. You're here for its location.
A lot could be improved in terms of facilities but overall my stay was great.
