"A very 'mixed' experience at this hotel- good parts and bad parts. The good: Very convenient location, quite close to the airport! Beds in the room were very comfortable and spacious- felt like we were sleeping in the clouds! Kitchenette is also very convenient! The bathroom is well designed, with a bathtub, even! The Bad: our room.(403) felt like it hadn't been cleaned/used in a while. There was a dead cockroach (a small one, thankfully!) in the bath/shower. When I walked from the bathroom to the bed with dry feet, my feet were very dirty just from walking those few meters! The hotel room is also quite old-style and could use a bit of renovation."

"The staff was accommodating, however, when we checked-in they already informed us that cable has its maintenance, when we asked for additional pillows it’s not available as well 😔 only the family enjoyed was our breakfast meal 😊 especially the bacon it’s crispy and not salty the rest of the food was fine and delicious. "Güzel bir konaklama, oda temizdi, ancak giriş saati konusunda katılar. Saat 12:00'de oradaydık. Erken giriş mümkün olmadığından bekledik ve tekrar denedik. Saat 14:55'te sorduk. Resepsiyondaki bayan pek arkadaş canlısı değildi ve odanın hala hazır olmadığını, hazır olduğunda bizi arayacağını söyledi. Saat 15:10'da hala bir gelişme yok, bu yüzden başka bir resepsiyon görevlisine tekrar sordum, bu sefer bana anahtar kartını veren kişi oydu. Oda baştan beri hazırdı ancak bizi bilgilendirmek için hiçbir girişimde bulunmadılar."

"The hotel is very brand new, but a lot lacking of things needed in the room, no table or chair in the room, very small room and no head board for the bed every time you lean your back into the wall bed will move forward, no bidet in the bath room to clean, no kettle or coffee provided, 2 small bottle of water is provided. ac is working good not split type but still remote control, a bit noisy. I was inform when I check in that if you bring food from outside and eat it in the dining area you will be charge 250 peaos. staff is bery helpful. its cheap compare the other hotel. why"

"Our recent stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. One of the things we appreciated was the spaciousness of the room—it was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of friends, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. However, there were several aspects that fell short of our expectations. One of the first things we noticed upon entering the room was that the television wasn’t working properly. We couldn’t browse through channels or select anything to watch, which was disappointing, especially since we were hoping to unwind with a bit of entertainment after a long day. On a more positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with any concerns and greeted us with warm smiles, which we truly appreciated. Still, there were other areas that could definitely be improved. For instance, the absence of a bidet in the bathroom was inconvenient, especially considering that it has become a standard amenity in many hotels. This may seem like a small detail, but for us, it affected the overall comfort and functionality of our stay. Overall, while the hotel did have some redeeming qualities—such as the spacious room and the helpful staff—there were noticeable shortcomings in the amenities and room facilities that made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. With a few upgrades and attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much better experience for future guests."

"This accomodation is in the center of Cebu City which is a plus point for choosing it. Plus it is near Gaisano, Magellan’s Cross, other shopping centers, and also a lot of food restaurants around to choose from. Great stay for its price! 😉"

"We had a fantastic stay at Summit Galleria Cebu! We booked two connecting rooms, one with a king bed for us and another with two beds for our kids and it was the perfect setup for a family trip. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and directly connected to the mall, which made everything super convenient. Whether we needed a quick meal, shopping, or just entertainment for the kids, it was all right there. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the bellmen were quick, helpful, and always attentive. Their service really stood out during our stay. One minor downside: when the café closes and you're coming back from the mall, you have to walk around to get back in. But on our last night, we saw the café crew still inside after closing, and they kindly let us in when we knocked and that gesture made a great impression. Breakfast was another highlight it was delicious and included in the stay! The sikwate (local hot chocolate) was rich and flavorful one of the best I’ve had. Overall, our experience was wonderful and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, especially families. Thank you for making our stay memorable!"
