"We stayed a few nights and extended with two extra nights because of the typhoon. The location is a little bit out of city center, but very close to a huge shopping mall. Places to eat are nearby. Wifi works great and staff is very friendly. I would recommend to place to stay!"

"Location and price thumbs up, mattress very soft hence bad for oldies like me or those with sensitive back. Cleanliness/staffs' helpfulness:👍. Water pressure/shower floor area a bit poor/uneven/slight water pooling. Air conditioning: good, WiFi passed. Overall acceptable still for what you are paying, stayed 3 nights, give and take nothing to complaint. First room was bright fronting main road but no wardrobe, I requested to change to another room with wardrobe and the staffs were helpful, thanks Dorothy and Cyrus. Easy going people should have no issue staying here, but for those who are particular or fussy; not recommended."

"The hotel is simple and fair for the price. It is not new, in fact, the bathroom sink was pretty rusty, but the bed was quite comfortable and the AC worked well. They didn’t recognize that we ordered a room with breakfast included, which it was an inconvenience, but the trip.com team was kind enough to give a refund."

MMisafir KullanıcıThis is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort! Pros: - It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel! - Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people. - Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless. - I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help. Cons: - The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours. - The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences. - The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby. - Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

KK.G.M.We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance

I’d recommend the place right across the street which has a few options for Filipino BBQ. Or you can go to new town and drink expensive coffee at Starbucks. Whatever satisfy your fancy.

MMixedmuseWe truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

MMisafir KullanıcıI loved my room. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the AC worked well. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, except at the front desk, which was disappointing. Check-in was at 2 pm. Instead of waiting in the lobby, I let them know I would be at the café and asked to be informed once my room was ready. However, even after 2 pm, I had to return to the lobby myself and still wait before the room was given to me. During check-out, I checked out early and was told to take a seat while they processed my deposit. I waited 30 minutes, and if I hadn’t followed up again, I believe I would have waited even longer as they seemed to have completely forgotten I was waiting. A little distance to walk for store etc. but the front disk is really friendly and good. I staying two nights and move to another hotel.
